We are Michaela and Jan and we are happy to lend you our place for a few days. You will have the entire space at your disposal, enjoy the view, peace and privacy. Modern furnished apartment with a beautiful panoramic view of Prague from a big terrace (12 m2) is just 2 stops by subway to the centre-Wenceslas Square or 10 mins by tram (even at night). The flat is located on 5th floor (with elevator) near Vyšehrad with many parks (10 mins’ walk). The flat has a lovely new terrace with table and 2 relaxing chairs. It's perfect for romantic evening with a wine glass. It's comfortable in summer thanks to air conditioning. Free parking in our yard (with camera).

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

The flat is in a quiet area with a good view over Prague. If you come by car there is a parking space.There is a bus station right next to the house and the closest tram station is 4 minutes away. Transport:15 minutes by public transit to the city center.There is also a shopping center located 5 mins away by public transit.

There's a place to sleep, cook, eat, wash even to work, and get information about Prague. It's easy, if you help us, we'll help you get to know Prague. We have things stored in the apartment, but it does not matter at all, they almost aren't seen. Two beds consist of sleeping bag. Go on!

In the city center, bus stop to Bedrichov 20 meters. In Bedrichov a lots of opportunities for mountain biking in the summer or skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter. Accomodation available for single travelers, families with kids. Small pets are OK. Breakfast is included and it is served in the deli store Lahudky Vahala (downstairs, same building as the apartment).
