Beautiful place by the rocks for romantics and athletes. The cottage after complete reconstruction is located in the heart of the Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area. The cottage is in a semi-secluded area on the edge of the forest about 150m from the village of Zátyní. In the vicinity of the cottage there are hiking and cycling trails leading through the beautiful landscape of Kokořínsko. There are two buildings on the plot - a cottage and a barn, which with their shorter side adjoin a 15m high rock in which wine cellars are carved. There is a 5x3xm recessed pool and a Finnish sauna. 10 cars can be parked at the cottage

With its location, the apartment is ideal for visiting rock cities, castles, castles and other attractions of the Bohemian Paradise. From October to April, a sauna is available for an additional fee. Directly from the house you can connect to the bike path along the Jizera. The nearest swimming is 2 km. Prague is 45 minutes away.

Spend the night in a charming guest room located in a former stable, with its own entrance and a view of the courtyard. Equipped with a luxurious king-size box spring bed, a cozy sitting area, and a modern bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, and sink. In the pantry, you will find a mini-fridge with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle. The stay includes breakfast in our cozy breakfast area.

Silence awaits you here, evenings by the fire and at night a huge sky full of stars. Morning coffee in the garden with lots of herbal scents and birdsong. If you need to slow down and switch off, recharge your batteries, this space and the surrounding magical landscape offers it to you. The barn is located in a model permaculture garden on the edge of the village. There are other accommodation options, but for a maximum of 12 guests. The aim is to preserve intimate space and privacy.

The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.
