Villa Gazelle is a newly refurbished, stunning, tranquil villa within 10 minutes walk cafes and shops in Franklin Village and great hikes under the Hollywood Sign. This spacious house was built in the 1940s and has been lovingly restored. Features include a baby grand piano, two open fireplaces, extensive art collection and a large library containing over 500 books New kitchen, patio and bathrooms were completed in September 2021 and the whole house has also been painted that same time.
