Heated by an air/water heat pump, supported by a PV system. Past the Wattenmeer Visitor Center, restaurants and cafes can be reached with a 10-minute beach walk. Variety to the beach is offered by the Wernerwald, the unique heath landscape, climbing, kiting, swimming pools ... everything is there!

The vacation rental is located in Midlum, a district of the municipality of Wurster Nordseeküste. About 800 m from the town center, the old settlement with 14 houses was built in the 1950s. The place is on the 2nd floor and is 74 m². Bikes can be parked in a lockable room. Due to the central location between Bremerhaven (25 km), Cuxhaven (16 km) and the proximity to the coast, e.g. Dorum Neufeld (9 km), the apartment is the ideal starting point for all day trippers.
