The shower room with toilet also has separate underfloor heating. The south terrace and the garden, which is exclusively part of the apartment, invite you to linger with garden furniture.

Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Wochenmarkt und eine Bushaltestelle liegen ebenso in der Nähe. Die Strände von Cuxhaven erreicht man in 10-20 Min. mit Rad oder Auto.
