The beautiful cozy apartment is located across the street from the Wernerwald. Through the Wernerwald there is a very nice hiking trail to the beach. You can reach the beach in approx. 15 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and comfortably furnished. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower room and hallway. The garden can also be used. Important: it is house number 81!!!! Not as indicated 80!

The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. This circumstance and the loving furnishings contribute to an inimitable atmosphere. The pictures give you a first impression.

The "Oberdeck" vacation rental is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with only a few single-family homes. The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment has a large terrace with seating, a spacious entrance area with a sofa bed, a living and dining room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (no freezer compartment), and a small work area. Upstairs is the bathroom with shower and the bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed.
