The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.

Casale Castelluzzo

Charming Sicilian country house with a private pool, surrounded by nature and equipped with all modern comforts. Just a few meters from the main street of the village, 2.2 km from the sea, and only 9 km from the famous tourist destination of San Vito Lo Capo. The private pool is for the exclusive use of guests and is available from May 1st to October 15th. A ping pong table is also available for some outdoor fun.
