We had a great time in the house offered by Fabio. It has everything you need for those who want the convenience of the center while being out of the chaos. It's missing a star just because it doesn't have access to water as written in the description. As far as I'm concerned, it was completely useless, so it didn't affect the success of our stay at all. So THANK YOU Fabio, we had a GREAT time in your home and we will probably see each other again. Hello Mauro T.

The home is in a quiet area. Wonderful view of the beach from the deck. Beautiful time with kids for a peaceful getaway. The beach is clean, we were often the only guests on it in sight (stay in May). Nathalie is very welcoming. She prepared a home for us and tips for our stay. There were beach toys in the house, which was a big advantage. The apartment is large and comfortably accommodated 7 people (5 adults and 2 children). Alcamo Marine is a good place to relax in Palermo if you're looking for a place close to a sandy beach and a base for Trapani or Palermo. The view of the sea every morning will be reminisced for years ☺️

The suite was very well appointed. The lighting made it very romantic 🥰. The bed oh so comfortable. Ground floor made suite easily assessable. The frig and wine frig were stocked with all kinds food items and wine. Some free…some you had to buy. This was very much appreciated. Restaurants and shopping close by. Salvo made our stay at R&B suites extra special. Until next time😘😘

Patrizia is a super person and host! Courteous and attentive to every need of her guests with timely and punctual directions and suggestions. The apartment is comfortable, equipped with every comfort and is strategically located: breakfast, bakery, market, the sea and much more within walking distance. Another key element is the proximity to the train station, which will allow you to reach Palermo and its beauties with ease. Highly recommended! (If you arrive by car, pay attention to the navigator's directions: they are not always up to date, they may not correspond to the road network!)

A super nice place to stay, just as described. Erika welcomed us in a super friendly way and was always available to us. The basic amenities such as water, milk and pasta were great, you immediately felt at home. Super clean, plenty of space and just a place to unwind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Palermo area but still enjoy the tranquility and proximity to the sea. Thank you Erika for your amazing hospitality.

Magnificent living room. We stayed 3 nights in this house, really super convenient as a base to tour this enchanting island, Waking up in the morning with the sea just a few meters away is really priceless. Quick and easy communication with the host. Highly recommend.

Massimo is a brilliant host - so friendly and gave us loads of great recommendations. He sorted bikes and a fantastic boat trip which was the highlight of our stay. The flat is perfect - comfortable and close to the centre without being noisy. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Very clean and Bright apartment very close to the beach. Within an easy walking distance of the town centre with its many bars and restaurants. Quite a pleasant walk along the beach promenade. The accommodation has a separate living area and bedroom with good air-conditioning. The living area is quite small, but it also has large comfortable outside areas for seating and dining with good shade. Ample parking also.

Fantastic location for the beach and within a short drive to a wide range of restaurants. Rosanna was accessible and very responsive!

Our stay at Maria’s charming historical villa on the stunning island of Favignana was pure bliss. From the moment she picked us up at the harbor, we felt her warm and kind-hearted nature. Despite my Italian not being perfect, we understood each other effortlessly and felt a deep, mutual connection. We spent our days on the beautiful terrace, enjoying swims in the crystal-clear, turquoise waters of our secluded cala. The villa’s location is perfect for exploring the island by bike, e-bike, or motorbike. We chose regular bikes, embracing the “dolce far niente” vibe as we leisurely explored every corner of the island’s beauty. Despite Maria describing the villa as small, it felt like a luxurious paradise with everything we needed and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, recharge, and discover Favignana’s charm. We’ll definitely be back if we’re lucky enough to find this magical villa available again. Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. The garden was a peaceful oasis and the garden house is beautiful. Vivi and her husband were very friendly and flexible when our arrival was delayed. She had even bought us some supplies for breakfast and cooking so we didn't have to shop immediately. The house is easy walking distance to several kite/windsurfing schools. Shops and restaurants are a short drive. The kitchen is small but very well supplied.

There were three of us in Sofia's place and we spent a few very nice days there. Had I known how beautiful this place is, we would definitely have booked more days. I think the place is even nicer in real life than in the pictures. It is super modern, new and also from the cleanliness everything was in perfect order. Sofia decorated everything with love, it felt like a real home. The location offers a very nice view. The area is very quiet and somewhat hidden. For the accommodation, I would urgently recommend a rental car. The communication with Sofia was impeccable, she was always available and always super friendly. We got some local tips from her. Would definitely return. Sofia is a super host.

Despite the late check-in, the hosts were waiting for us with a smile. A clean apartment with many amenities. Coffee, tea, snacks and delicious lemons are available. A place in the very center of the old part of the city. Quiet, close to the sea, restaurants and cafes. The hosts were always available and helpful. A place worth recommending. Beautiful home with the most beautiful view of water, condition and mountains. Very nice apartment that was exactly as described. Our host was very helpful and always quick to respond. Great recommendation from here.

From reception to checkout, we were warmly looked after. The family was always there for us and gave us numerous tips and recommendations. The apartment is very child- and family-friendly (toys, beach utensils,..). All basic kitchen and bathroom utensils (shower gel, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, etc.) were even provided and you did not have to go to a supermarket immediately. The beach (very shallow, perfect for children) is only 2 rows of houses away and we always visited it on foot. Also the restaurant right at the beach was excellent. It is the ideal starting point for all excursions in the northwest (Scopello, Zingaro, Palermo, Erice, Trapani, etc.). 2 km away is a great vegetable farmer with an animal farm (great program with smaller children and fresh vegetables). Thanks to the family, we spent an exceptionally beautiful holiday here. We have taken the whole place and the family into our hearts! Grazie Mille!

Daniele and Nora were amazing hosts, they picked us up from the bus station upon arrival and let us check in early. There place is quite spacious, was very well equipped, and they also included some extras in fridge to get us started. Communication with Nora was easy and quick response. We highly recommend their place to stay.

Our stay in Nicola's apartment was perfect and we felt really at home. Clean, spacious apartment, complete with everything, great location near the historic center, and easy to find parking under the house. Nicola is a responsive and attentive host and gave us great advice for our vacation in Trapani, and was a great help with his guide to the less touristy places. The area is quiet, peaceful and welcoming, with restaurants (La dolce vita, fantastic, is right outside the house!), pizzerias and a convenient supermarket a few steps away. Nicola's apartment was our best stay throughout the vacation, and we highly recommend it!

We spent a week in the great apartment. Our flight was delayed but this was not an issue. The location is excellent. The beach, shopping street and restaurants - all within walking distance. The backyard with oranges and lemon trees is a dream, we enjoyed fresh orange juice every morning. If we were to "criticize" something, then that there are a little bit of storage options and the mattresses in the bedroom (for us) were a bit too hard. All in all, however, we are very satisfied and are already planning our next stay there.

Noemi's apartment has modern furnishings, with attention to detail and is very clean. The shaded parking is extremely convenient and the garden is beautiful. We took advantage of the balcony for breakfast in the morning with a pleasant sea view. The air conditioning works well, as do the other appliances. Noemi was very kind, helpful and valuable for advice on places to visit or where to eat or have an aperitif. Highly recommended.

The space is really beautiful. At the beginning there was everything you need and many more little things (even a sparkling wine & wine to welcome us) We felt right at home and the Wi-Fi is perfect for working from abroad. We recommend the place to anyone who is superior to working remotely while enjoying a great view and a huge roof terrace 😉 Thanks for everything! We will be happy to come back.
