Monthly Rentals in Curtisden Green

Christina’s Barn was the perfect British countryside stay. Our flights from the USA meant that we arrived at 9am and Christina was kind enough to arrange an early check in. We were welcomed with tea and cake which was gratefully received after a long journey. The barn is very comfortable, well appointed, clean, warm and has everything you could need and more. Much nicer than the photo’s. Lots of things to do locally, train to London is easy. You do need a car. Great host, great place to stay.

The place is a dream, with beautiful large green space and with view of horses at the back. The check in was smooth and Vlad gave instructions. The cottage is very homey and has all the facilities. The bedrooms are all great size (1 slightly small) kitchen has all the great appliances and roomy, with easy access to garden. BBQ was great and an added value. The only comment is that the property is close to the road and during the day you can gear the cars. Otherwise it’s a dreamy place to stay.

Lovely stay in this delightful annex . If you enjoy walking there are loads of footpaths in the area and loads we came across that weren’t on our footpaths app which made it an adventure! We walked to Sissinghurst Castle which was a lovely day out treating ourselves to a meal in the cafe . For those essentials like milk and bread we walked to Staplehurst which again was very walkable and if you want to venture further out it has a train station . We were meant to take a trip to Rye but ran out of time ! The area is a walkers paradise , so idyllic and you can still see the remaining Oast houses many of which have been converted into habitable dwellings . The annex itself was quiet , comfortable , clean and well stocked with everyday kitchen essentials. Thank you to both Lindsey and Calvin for making us so welcome . Julie and Ian

Emma was an exceptional host who made our stay truly memorable. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. The garden was particularly stunning and added a special charm to our experience. Emma and her husband went above and beyond with their hospitality, making themselves available and offering assistance whenever needed. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything necessary for cooking, and the thoughtful welcome basket was a lovely touch that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Emma's place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with attentive hosts who genuinely care about their guests' experience.
