We absolutely loved our two-night stay at this beautifully maintained Irish country house. The highlight was the farm experience. Jack’s father graciously invited us into the dairy to join in the morning’s feeding and milking routine. Watching the cows up close, learning about their care, and chatting with our host about daily farm life was both educational and deeply memorable. As a delightful bonus, we were treated to fresh milk each day. Beyond the farm, the location itself is wonderfully peaceful. You can hear birdsong in the early hours and enjoy the rolling green fields as your backdrop. If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Irish rural life—complete with modern comforts and a warm, welcoming host—this is the place for you. We can’t wait to return!

Cozily furnished studio with all the comforts. Easy self check in. Everything was neatly clean

John was friendly from the second we booked the air b&b. Helpful with all our enquiries and very responsive while we were there! Our young boys loved their twins also, added touch was having a wee play date outside. House was beautiful and great location to the town! Everything at your doorstep! Highly recommend staying here when you’re coming to castleisland, we will def be back again!
