Excellent location and very practical. The building is quiet and the apartment is very well equipped and spacious. 10-star rating.

Very practical place, close to the train station where we went to take the tour to Morretes, on foot. Clean place, everything you need for travel with a focus on a place more to sleep. We were with 2 children and it was ok. The only point is the parking that is included, and that's great, but it's disconnected from the elevator hall, you have to walk a little down the street sidewalk. Other than that, everything is as in the listing.

It was a lovely stay. I went to Curitiba with my family because my son needed surgery, and we found everything we needed in Mariana's apartment. Especially tranquility so he could recover enough for us to return home. Super recommended!

Quiet stay, great location, concise but sufficient space with all amenities.

The place is great, much as it appears in the photos. Cristiane is very friendly, responds quickly and is always at your disposal. The shower is good, with a good pressure and temperature. The very comfy bed too. The building has some conveniences and is well located, close to shopping, market and restaurants. Super recommend!

The apartment is excellent! Communication with Leandro was great, and he quickly solved a small problem that happened on the first day with the shower. Problems can always happen, but the important thing is to know that the host is ready to help with whatever is necessary for the guest to have a good stay. Note 10 for Leandro! All in all, everything is perfect. The building is very good, very well located and has a 24-hour market, a very complete gym, swimming pool, sauna, library, among other common spaces. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. Very recommended!

Our stay was awesome!!! In the feelings at home the entire stay! The apartment is very cozy and has many utensils that made our day-to-day easier. Osmar was extremely kind to us! We will definitely come back more often :)

House as advertised, very complete, we didn't miss anything, everything very clean and smelling good, Camila was very helpful from the beginning of the reservation until checkout, gave us directions to places, house located near the highway with easy access, very quiet neighborhood, we felt at home.

I loved the days I spent with my friends in the house! Super cozy, sofa nice to spend hours talking. Already with the basics to spend the days (detergent, toilet paper, laundry soap).

Very good house, everything as shown in the photos. We just found the street very busy, especially at dawn, and the dogs barked all night. Other than that, our stay was wonderful

This is a wonderfully serene property in a beautiful location, across the street from a nature path in the woods. Nearby is a charming cafe and a fantastic grocery store. Walkiria went above and beyond to welcome our group and to ensure a comfortable stay. She is warm and responsive and thought of all the amenities a group may need—a well-stocked kitchen, a hair dryer, extra towels, etc. I highly recommend this fabulous home!

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, with coworking and gym, helping to maintain the work routine and workouts without any problems. Located in the city centre, it is possible to go anywhere without much effort. I just don't recommend walking down the street at night as it is downtown.
