The space is wonderful, the view from the apartment is perfect, hot shower, perfect bed, everything smells good and is clean. There is a market on the ground floor with a lot of variety, and on top of all that, Laís responds super fast and helps with what she can. I'll definitely go back.

Excellent apartment! Very well located and fully equipped. It has a water filter, a coffee maker with complimentary capsules, good pillows and extra blankets. The condominium offers laundry, swimming pool and fitness center. Also very safe. Paula was super helpful and responded quickly whenever I needed it. I recommend it!

We really like the atmosphere. It accommodated 1 couple and 1 child very well. We would be back for sure.

The apartment is as described, very clean and organized. The location is great, the service was excellent! It was me, my husband, and two children. The space was very well serviced and had all the necessary items.

The place is excellent, easy check-in and Rommy is a sweetheart, she let us check in early, gave tips on places to eat and to find a portable charger that I needed. I highly recommend it!

The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and did everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24-hour doormen and automatic activation of the gate by the car plate (practical), and it also has a grocery store.

The house is a spectacle! Even better than it looks in the photos. Huge and very well equipped. Wonderful barbecue, pool table, beautiful sound system. Swimming pool, orchard, everything very well maintained and spacious. Hercilio and Mirian gave us a warm welcome and were very attentive throughout our stay. The rooms are also spacious and comfortable. It really was a pleasant surprise where everything worked better than expected.

Fabio was very attentive and always answered the questions. In the house we were greeted by Mr. Miltom, Fabio's father, a very polite and very helpful gentleman. The house was clean and very tidy and the neighborhood was quiet. Finally, I recommend Fabio's house as an excellent choice.
