Our stay was excellent! My guests were many, but we were always attended promptly and with kindness. Great location and we received indications that made our life much easier!

Julia welcomed me very warmly. I took my dog, who is a Golden, and the space was perfect for him too because it had a balcony where he was super comfortable. The house is well equipped with all the kitchen utensils, bed, table and bath. The air-conditioning was a super plus. Access is very easy and it is close to a supermarket. She provided more than one contact and communication and feedback were very quick. I loved the stay and would definitely come back more often.

The apartment is excellent! Communication with Leandro was great, and he quickly solved a small problem that happened on the first day with the shower. Problems can always happen, but the important thing is to know that the host is ready to help with whatever is necessary for the guest to have a good stay. Note 10 for Leandro! All in all, everything is perfect. The building is very good, very well located and has a 24-hour market, a very complete gym, swimming pool, sauna, library, among other common spaces. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. Very recommended!

Strengths: - furniture designed to make the most of space - great location - with garage - clean - attentive service Weaknesses: - small living room - needs a slight renovation on the floor and a new paint job in some places. Nothing critical, but I can't say I felt at home. General considerations: - I recommend it for families and solo travelers.

The house is great, much better than in the photos. Communication with Rodolfo was excellent, I saw a comment from a girl talking about how she didn't feel safe in the house and really the gate is leaning and because there is a lot of vegetation around the house at night it becomes a kind of a mess, as I went with more people I didn't feel afraid, but if it was just me and my boyfriend or some friend I don't know if I would feel so safe. There is a ravine from the gate until you get to the house, it is a bit steep, especially to disappear, but everything worked out. Now, if you're going to cook on site, I recommend taking baking dishes, larger pans and pots, the house is very lacking in these objects. Besides, it's really worth it and I'd definitely be back.

My stay was good, Débora was very nice and made me feel at home in the space. Quiet and helpful neighborhood. Markets, bakery and pharmacy nearby. I stayed for two months while looking for a property to buy. Easy access roads to the center and neighborhoods. Very family atmosphere.

We loved the stay, we felt very welcome, both me and my wife and our two little dogs. Aparecida was always very helpful, we arrived late at night because of the traffic and she was there waiting for us. We stopped just to sleep and continue the trip, but we wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately we couldn't. We will definitely be back next time, highly recommended!! Thank you for everything.
