Very well located place, close to markets and good restaurants and cafes, as well as not being too far from the main tourist spots, which makes logistics easier and makes travel more affordable.

Very well located studio, parking included and covered, which makes it very easy and made us feel safe about our vehicle. The super thoughtful, polite and punctual host. The studio is well organized, super clean linens and bathroom also organized and clean. We liked it a lot!

I really enjoyed staying at Maria’s place. It was very clean, quiet, organized and had everything i needed. The amenities of the building were one of the best i have stayed at. The gym, the pool, meeting rooms, market shop were great! Maria was also very quick to respond to any questions i had and was very accommodating. Definitely recommend her place to anyone who needs a comfortable home-like stay in Curitiba.

Apartment that met my needs. I went to take a course, so I spent little time in it, and it served me well. I used the gym, the kitchen has enough things for breakfast, very good shower and bed! Good cleaning too. People in the building were very helpful. Leticia was always attentive in all her responses and replied quickly.

Host, agile, objective, responsible , polite. Flexible: check in/out free. I checked in, when entering the apt. with the luggage, I had a chronic and severe initial respiratory crisis. (NOTE: On the road when going down to the café, from the heat, the temperature was +low, with drizzle and fog (saw). I looked at the apartment + -5min, and I went down immediately, in order not to set up misuse. The 24-hour reception was extremely helpful, asked if she needed anything and what could be done. I reported what happened, Solicited, stay there and start the cancellation procedures. AIRBNB promptly replied that it would delvolver the contractual partial amount, that the case would go for analysis. I contacted the host, explained what happened , he said you would ask for a full refund. AIRBNB responded immediately by confirming full refund. Thank you very much for Host assistance/support, AIRBNB, 24/7 Reception. Sorry, I feel for the involuntary disorder.

The place is great and it looks just like in the pictures. The checkin was very quiet and the concierge works 24 hours. The only one, however, was the shower that for some reason, water came out from the top that in theory should be closed, but nothing that hindered the bath, only caused a nerve on the first day. The surroundings are not so quiet at night because it is in the center if you want to walk alone, but it is very busy during the day and it is easy to get uber. The only form of ventilation is the balcony, but with the climate that was in curitiba, there was no need for anything else because it remained cold even during the day. The internet works well and the space is not noisy for those who need to work in a home office. Different from what you scored in the listing, you cannot “store” the bags in the building if you arrive earlier than the check in time or if you travel later than checkout. I highly recommend the space, it is close to a lot and the host is quite requested.

Our stay at Marília's apartment was excellent! From the beginning, she was extremely helpful and attentive, making us feel very comfortable. The apartment is impeccable — clean, well-equipped, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos, perfectly meeting all our expectations.
