Spacious house, quiet neighborhood and very good location. Close to the mall and Barigui Park, about 15 minutes from downtown. Accommodates up to 10 people in good condition and has an extra mattress. There is an open parking area in front that can accommodate 2 small cars, and a covered garage for the exclusive use of my residence. I live at the back of the property, and I am always available to assist. Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you need to host someone, you must give prior notice.

Cozy, safe and family space in a residential neighborhood. It's 10 minutes from the airport. Easy access to Curitiba (18 km) and it is already on the way to Santa Catarina or São Paulo. Internet, smart TV + 200 channels. 1 car space in the closed patio. Because it is a residential area, there are external noises from people, vehicles and animals from the neighbors. Staircase to access the space that is at the top of the property, private space. Bath towels and bed linens are provided.

We accept pets inside the property and not in the yard.

An excellent option for those traveling to Curitiba to watch shows at Pedreira Paulo Leminski. The location is perfect and you can walk safely. The space has a wood-burning stove, double bed, minibar, and induction stove. The house is at the back of the property and has a separate entrance and privacy.
