It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 12 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

This small, waterfront annex directly overlooks Lake Lugano and is designed exclusively for two adults. The large windows offer a continuous view of the water, while the outdoor courtyard has a gate for the exclusive use of guests that allows direct access to the lakefront. The accommodation does not have air conditioning (two fans are available). For safety reasons, it cannot accommodate children or pets. Private covered parking.
