Great house, very spacious and well equipped. The garden is lovely, big and ideal for barbecues in the summer. Set in a quiet village with a pub serving great food just over the road.

A really low cost option - even there was only 5 of us and it sleeps a lot more. The pricing was fair given it's a walk / drive away from the centre, but there was a lot of well stocked amenities and good quality appliances. Everything was super clean. The shower / bathroom could do with an upgrade but it worked just fine.

My girlfriend and I had a great time staying in Tom's place. The air BNB was clean, interior was nicely done and had a lovely, warm atmosphere. The location is fantastic as it is easy to get to various villages/towns. We were welcomed with a bunch of flowers and a delicious home baked cake. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Such a charming place! Amelia was so helpful and responsive. She even let us play with her adorable dog. The home was so cozy and comfortable. We loved going on walks around the property as well as eating at the Lamb inn. Would definitely stay again.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

We had a great stay at Beauport House - the house was beautiful and clean and we lived the decor. The garden area was great, especially the fire pit and covered dining space. Thanks for the helpful instructions and communication.

We had the most wonderful stay the night before our wedding. Stephanie was having some renovation work completed on the property and upgraded us to her larger property which was so kind and such a treat for us all. The house was stunning and our guests felt the same. Thank you so much!

Beautiful property with everything we could possibly want. Felt completely at home, lit the fire which was wonderful. Very spacious. Very clean. Lovely furnishings. Elizabeth was there to meet us and show us where everything was. Fabulous location. Would happily return

WOW! What a wonderful few days we had at the forest cabin at Red Kite Retreats. A special weekend for our son’s first birthday and what gorgeous surroundings we were in. The cabin was spotless, beds super comfortable and the cabin had great amenities. We did some lovely walks from the cabin and chilled for the rest of our time and took in the beautiful cosy surroundings. Would highly recommend and hope to go back again one day!

Lovely little Airbnb in the back of Maureen's garden. Everything looked brand new and was very clean, and we were very comfortable during our (one night) stay. The shower especially was great! Recommend & would come back.

We came to Jocelyn’s with our toddler and dog and had an amazing time. Beautiful sunset from the house and the walks from the doorstep was lovely. Great location very near hook Norton and surrounding small cotswold villages. Very thoughtful and holly came to set up an extra bed for us at last minute so our toddler could climb in with us. She also set up a toddler bath and high chair. The underfloor heating was lovely and kitchen was well equipped with toddler cutlery and everything we could possibly need. Thanks so much!

The cabin is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy a secluded spot. The walled garden is delightful, the surrounding countryside beautiful. Just what we needed.

Beautiful place along with an amazing location, amenities, and furnishings. Samia’s place had everything needed and more, including lovely coffee! Shampoo and conditioner being available was a huge help! Super comfy bed in cute, homely surroundings. Location was great and an easy walk into town and all the landmarks. Best airbnb we’ve stayed in! Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a long weekend while attending Reading Festival. The airbnb itself was lovely and the host, Nicola, was so welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see too much of the local area but the location was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place and if we return to the area, we will be staying here again!

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the town centre but you don't realise it as it's quite secluded. We found the property lovely overall. Both the chalet and the garden are serene and inviting and look way better than the photos! Richard and Naomi have done a great job to give a very unique and homey character to it. While some of the furniture is a little dated, the many other positives more than made up for it.
