Monthly Rentals in Cumberland

Rachel’s place was extremely clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend a snowy and stormy day with our pup. Very convenient to get to Portland. Close to grocery store and anything you might need. Rachel was very quick to respond when we had questions and had ice melt delivered for us same day which was a huge help in the storm.

My wife and I stayed for the last 2 weeks of the year. A very cozy place to come home to in the winter. Pine panelling on an open ceiling gives a rustic, cabin feel, especially with the stand of woods outside the window. Three large skylights allow plenty of natural light. No problem with the heater. It was a very comfortable place. Very easy access to I-295 and shopping for essentials. 15-20 minutes to Old Port area. And still it's very quiet and private. Easy to find in the dark - driveway right next to the town line. Hosts were responsive but not intrusive. Only cautions would be for very large people. Tolerances in the bathroom and carrying stuff up the typical Maine stairs to the apartment might be a concern. It was fine for us as we're small. We like to be close to things while feeling far away. It was perfect for us and reasonably priced.

We enjoyed a quick trip to visit family in the area and the location was perfect for our needs and provided quick & easy access to a grocery store and restaurants. Thank you for providing a comfortable space for us at the end of each day!

Nick and Kayla were nothing but perfect from start to end. I highly recommend their property to any person traveling to Maine or just looking for an escape.
