Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cultus Lake

Currently staying in Washington for work and flew my wife out for a few days to spend time with her while I was off. We found this listing and thought it looked great for us. When we arrived we were stunned, the house was more beautiful in person! The view, the space, everything! Me and my wife will definitely book here again for our next trip to Washington!

Excellent, short family stay. Cottage had everything we needed, even stuff not described in listing. Neighborhood is lovely and quiet and safe. Shared amenities, pool, etc are excellent, including a brilliant toddlers playroom which isn’t mentioned anywhere but is a saviour on a rainy day. Helpful host. Would recommend and stay again.

One of our favorite experiences on Airbnb in years. There are countless thoughtful touches to this Airbnb - the generous snacks/drinks, extra space heaters in individual rooms, chargers in the common spaces, the curated movie collection. It's additionally absolutely spotless, easy check in, with a responsive and kind host. A stand out - you won't regret it!

It was a nice surprise to have AC in the unit. It was a very nice place to stay, very spacious and comfortable. It was kid friendly in that it had a highchair and playpen, but lots of fragile things. It had everything we needed for the kitchen and had lots of room to move around. I loved that there were so many comfy areas to hang out and that it's so close to the lake. It was a great place for our needs and I would consider returning.

My partner and I had a great stay here! It was quiet and cozy and a nice escape from the city. It was quick and easy to get to Mt. Baker for a fun day of skiing!

We had a lovely stay, the house was impeccable and cozy on a chilly winter day. Tons of space for our family with three adult kids, everyone was happy!

Oostema Farmstead was such a beautiful and cozy place to spend our time in Lynden! Lisa and Glen were very helpful and have done a wonderful job creating a wonderful homestead!

Great location and a lovely stay! The pull out couch was super handy and the basement's amenities were cozy and spacious.

We loved this place! Came for a girls’ trip, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, it had all the appliances and extras you could want. We also walked to several restaurants during our stay, (I recommend the Indian restaurant in particular). My friend enjoyed staying here so much she is planning to come back with her family.

Mackayla was a great host. She was very responsive and when the oven stopped working her and Troy were very accommodating, offering their stove and/or buying us dinner. The place was beautiful and the only thing I regret is not using the hot tub more. I would definitely recommend this great air bnb to everyone!

Terrific experience and time, Dorothea was an amazing host and made the check in amazing with her flexibility and walkthrough, so we knew everything needed about the place. The backyard is amazing and the a highlight to help decompress, enjoy, and relax. Would definitely stay again in thr future.

Debbie's property was quiet, beautiful and serene. Exactly what i was looking for. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything i could need to cook a meal. Bed was super comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Lynn's cozy cabin. The surroundings were beautiful. I enjoyed walking the trails and watching the animals, which are located on the property. The cabin was welcoming, warm and indeed cozy. Lynn was an amazing host!

We really, really enjoyed our stay at The Dollhouse. It was exactly as described and was essentially the perfect size for us (couple staying for several nights). The surroundings were so beautiful and the house itself incredibly peaceful. Listening to the frogs at night and the birds in the morning was a joy! The two things I was a little nervous about before our trip turned out to be complete non-issues: while the Dollhouse is closer to a busy road, it is still far enough back and the road is quiet enough that we never really noticed the traffic at all, and although I was a little worried we’d feel too far out from Bellingham, the distance actually felt perfect. Absolutely would recommend this stay and would enthusiastically stay again.

Our family had a great stay at William's cabin. The location was perfect for playing up at Baker and a winter hike along the river. The cabin was comfortable and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. William was very responsive before and during our stay. We'll be back!

The place was exactly as described. Because the hosts regularly use the place for themselves, there was a lot of additional comforts that made it very livable. For example, the kitchen is very well stocked, the knives are sharp, there are lots of towels to use, and the backyard is a great extension of the living space. The location is central and private and everything is simple and easy to use (fireplaces, BBQ, hot tub, tv, music etc). Beds are comfortable enough and the outdoor space is great! There is a big outdoor dining table, outdoor lounge chairs for the firepit, and an awesome little covered outdoor living room with an additional firepit and TV. The shower and bathroom is really nice too! The communication with the hosts was not the most welcoming. They were concerned about the purpose of our trip and even went as far as to say that it is "not normal" for a group of 7 long-term friends to stay at Cultus lake. Hopefully they can show guests more trust in the future.

Great little getaway cabin in a private community at Mt. Baker! Walking distance to the local pizza place (they can have long waits for food, FYI). Little pond in the private community that you can fish at! Limit is 2 a day (pond stocked going into summer, we just missed them stocking it so no fish were caught). You are also near the community area (playground, pool that is only for owners, pond, etc) - so if you want something secluded, you may not feel that here. Everything was clean and easy to use. The staircase going up was steeper than we expected but functional. They disclose this in the description and photos but it is a nice wooden 12x12 lengths that spiral up making a small triangle for each step and a sizeable step up/down (~12"). They have handles and I'd recommend using them. Not a cabin if you have mobility issues, but our kids loved it. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a super cool stay! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is located right by the water – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. You definitely need a car to get around, but if you’re looking to enjoy nature, go fishing, or explore the area on foot, this is the ideal place. We really loved our time here and would absolutely come back again!

Our little family of five enjoyed every minute of our stay at Karyn's place! We needed a weekend to reset, get some quality time together, and enjoy nature and THIS IS THE SPOT. Just having the field below the cabin for our kids to enjoy made the trip so memorable. We loved our afternoon picnics in the grass and our quiet evenings by the wood burning stove. Karyn is so helpful with questions and quick to respond! Would absolutely stay here again - our kids are already asking to go back!!
