Simple house, but tidy within the possibilities and with good cost-benefit! I think it was under renovation because the outlets were in the wires, I think they'll put them in later! But I liked it there! Success!

We had a wonderful experience at the cottage, exactly the vibe we expected! The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and very well cared for — we even saw the fence being varnished when we arrived. Leen welcomed us with great sympathy, gave us great information about the space and important tips to enjoy the natural environment safely and comfortably. The cottage itself is charming, well planned, with a well-equipped kitchen (we even learned to use the induction stove with it!). The view from the deck was a spectacle in itself, with ideal chairs for relaxing with friends. We had a small problem with the water, but Leen was super fast and attentive: she responded to my message early and, when I realized, she was already on site checking the situation and calling for the repair. It was a welcoming and respectful stay — we felt included and welcome as an LGBT couple. We already miss it!

We love the space, it's exactly like the photos, we feel at home. Cozy and comfortable space, extremely clean and very complete with various kitchen utensils and basic cooking items if desired, extremely new and comfortable furniture. Large garage, can fit up to two cars. The house It is about 3 to 5 km from the airport and the mall, an excellent location. Simone and her mother are very friendly and proactive, we really enjoyed our stay and we intend to return soon.

Delicious house! We went for work, with the whole team, 10 people and we were very comfortable. The house is super spacious, with bedrooms, living rooms and a large kitchen, and everything is extremely clean and organized. Mrs. Lourdes is a sweetheart. We'll be back for sure!

It was great, it matched the listing, I went for work, every month I go to Cuiabá and whenever it is available I intend to stay, I had to leave a day early for personal reasons but the place is great and the host always responds quickly, always willing to help, we had a problem with the water in the apartment that was unfortunately not her responsibility, it's something that happens, in the end everything worked out.

It was my first time with Airbnb, and I loved it, I felt at home. For people who go out for work, it is more practical to get Airbnb to be able to have your space, to wash my clothes, a neighborhood without noise and close to a very good bar, a great location close to everything, some places I even went on foot, it was worth the experience and I will always rent when I am in Cuiabá, thank you!

Excellent apartment, spacious and comfortable, ideal for families. Well equipped, as shown in the photos, and very well located - close to the market, pharmacy, shopping and with easy access on foot. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Employees and neighbors of the condominium are receptive, and access is made by facial registration, with a parking space available. There is no protective net on the windows, which requires attention with children. It is about 25 minutes from Várzea Grande and the Paróquia Cristo Rei, making it a great option for those participating in events or courses in Cuiabá. It's easy to get Uber at any time, but prices may vary depending on the time, especially for destinations like Várzea Grande.
