Janaína's house is located in Coqueiral, very close to some attractions such as the Enchanted Kingdom and Aquarius. There is pharmacy, bakery, convenience, butcher's and restaurants nearby. The road to your home from Bom Jardim, has a part that is road to the ground. The house is spacious, with a large room, a large kitchen, a lot of utensils, and everything very clean. It has barbecue and even washing machine. We were welcomed and I recommend staying here. Communication was easy and quick, Janaína and her sister-in-law Débora treated us very well!

It is even difficult to describe, of such satisfaction! Cézar and Cecel welcomed us in such a welcoming way, that we felt at home. Alvaro provided all assistance from the beginning! The loft is much more than it was described! Super complete and comfortable! The location is great, close to the main attractions! Super recommend and want to come back!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the hospitality and welcome. It was an amazing experience to be in such a cozy place where every detail conveys care and dedication. The attention and receptivity of hosts made all the difference, making the stay even more special. Sure, I look forward to other opportunities to return.

It was the second time we came back, as soon as the first stay ended we already knew we would need to come back another time. It is the perfect breath for the city's frenetic routine, an opportunity for connection and contemplation of nature. The view of the mountains is beautiful, the sunrise and sunset are fantastic, you can spend hours admiring the landscape and enjoying the sound of nature. The accommodations are exactly as advertised and the photos, all very fresh and comfortable and the little river for me is certainly the icing on the cake. It was a unique experience to have a barbecue on the edge of the river, not counting the food on the wood stove. We definitely want to go back a third time! The hostess is extremely receptive and available, I have absolutely no qualms about this experience, I highly recommend it!

Natália has always been attentive to messages. But the one who received us was Mr. Archimedes the owner the house. The house is organized and clean. We used the house only to sleep and take the showers, the day was on the rides. But how we were alone in the place was quiet. If you can and want to have breakfast at the hostel near the house. Pousada do Lukinha, it is simple but wonderful the fruitcake is divine. For family with children the house is super indicated because it has a lot of space and nets, swing and pula pula.

From the beginning, the hosts always responded quickly and answered all questions about the house, tours and the like. The house is easy to access and very well structured. One of our fears was the issue of air conditioning and the like because it is a very hot region and it was super. The house is structured with everything, has a great bed and great utensils. It really is very close to the beach resorts and tourist attractions. Without a doubt, it made our experience even better. We'll be back for sure!

The stay was excellent. The Estância da Mata team was very kind and requests. The room was well organized and super wide. The bathroom was super clean. The region is amazing, with lots of beautiful walks to do. I really enjoyed my stay at Estância da Mata and in the area.
