Simple but very quiet place. Quiet. Good breakfast. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. The air conditioner makes a little noise, but I slept well with only the fan on. It's well worth the cost!

Valeria is an amazing Host! If I would've had the chance to choose the person for sure I wouldn't have had the same luck choosing her. She is such a very outgoing, attentive, happy and kind person. If you are looking for nice place to stay in cuiaba, that's the one, cosy and ver beautiful flat, with an excellence host. I advice her place with my eyes closed.
