The place is in perfect condition, easy to get to and offers all the amenities they detail, you don't need to go by car because the tram passes below the apartment. Super relaxed place, except for some pigeons that we didn't know where they were, there were no noises or annoyances, the apartment gives you all the amenities it describes and they also help you with a reliable taxi. In short, a better stay than expected. I would stay again without a problem.

I loved how spacious the apartment was. I'll consider it again in the future. Plenty of stairs but they helped us with the luggage on arrival and departure.

Pretty clean, good location

We visited Cuenca with my wife by a Surgeon. We didn't go tourism. We were 20 days…The apartment very well, comfortable and with all the necessary appliances. We really felt at home. But what I can highlight most is the assistance of its owner and administrators!! Attentive to every detail and concerned about our comfort !

a very quiet place perfect to rest. very clean, a little far from downtown But by taxi you arrive very fast and easy to take. Mr. Leonardo is very attentive and the arrival is flexible, and the instructions are clear, the beds are comfortable. Recommended

Everything was super nice. We went on a family trip (12 people + 1 pet) and we were all super comfortable and relaxed.

Perfect location in the city center, but the apartment is far back in the building so it was nice and quiet. Jürgen was very accommodating and responsive. 10/10!

Beautiful place I really recommended…

My experience during my place was perfect, the house is very well equipped and has everything we need. It has a beautiful view of natural landscapes, you can see that the area is very quiet and safe. I'd love to return sometime. Paul, the host, very helpful and kind, responded promptly and very attentive to my stay, he even recommended me to do nearby in the area to have a great time on my visit.

Very good place, super comfortable and complete. We felt right at home, the quiet neighborhood and the park in front of the house was great for the kids.

My stay was excellent. The place was spotless, nicely equipped and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect, a little out of the way from central places but with very good places for tourism around it with easy access to shops and restaurants. The host was very friendly and responsive, always available for any questions or recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

the apartment was exactly as listed. pristine and all amenities mentioned. its walkable and most attractions are within a 15 min walk (some uphill and steps involved) but dont fret. most cab rides from this location are $2.50 dollars at most. very well located. amazing and responsive host. Definitely recommended ☆☆☆☆☆

Juan’s place was awesome! It had everything he said and the house was spacious clean and beautiful. I loved the view of the river. The outdoor space was great. I slept great and felt quiet and peaceful after a day of touring. I recommend Juan’s place for anyone visiting Cuenca.

Nice apartment in a very good location.

A few handoffs in communication as we moved in, but the place worked and we got help with the things we needed help with. The main bed is very hard, so we switched mattresses with the other bed.
