Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cuenca

Everything is very good, just as described and as seen in the photos. Much more recommended for people who are traveling to do various activities during the day and night. If you are going to rest and sleep early, you have to take into account that in that area during the night all the properties have the same situation with the sound outside. Because there are so many bars and restaurants, the noise is inevitable, especially on weekends. But the value for money, location and comfort is excellent.

Perfect place to stay in Cuenca and don Patricio is a very kind and attentive person, from the beginning it was due that we arrived well and help us to install, apart from that the area is excellent since it is close to absolutely everything, I went with my husband and my parents and all were delighted, we will definitely go to Cuenca and obvious to the comfort and hospitality of Don Patricio's Airbnb...

We visited Cuenca with my wife by a Surgeon. We didn't go tourism. We were 20 days…The apartment very well, comfortable and with all the necessary appliances. We really felt at home. But what I can highlight most is the assistance of its owner and administrators!! Attentive to every detail and concerned about our comfort !

Patricio was the perfect host. He was always prompt in responding to my questions. The apartment is located within walking distance to the centre of the historic area. As a single female I felt very secure and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Having a full kitchen made it very easy to prepare meals. I did enjoy trying local restaurants as well but when staying for a month it’s nice to stay in sometimes. There is also a washer and dryer available for use. There was always hot water in the shower which was great as the temperature outside was a bit lower than I anticipated. When it was time to depart Patricio generously drove me to the airport. Overall, a very nice visit to Cuenca. I would definitely recommend the apartment to a single person or couple.

This is the first time with my family that we ask for an Airbnb, I am delighted that we found Rossy's place, it is super comfortable, quiet and very pretty. Overall, Rossy was a great ✨ super friendly, responsible and respectful host, she was always attentive to me and my family, even as it was our first time in the basin, I recommend restaurants and places to visit. I greet us very kindly and with chocolates, really highly recommended, if in the future I have the opportunity to return to basin, I would definitely choose Rossy's place again. ♥️

Very comfortable home.

The house exceeded our expectations, it was very cozy. We were 6 adults, 2 children and a baby, they were very kind in helping us with a playpen for the baby's comfort. We had a store two steps away from the house and it was really complete. Really great place for a big family.

Very good place, super comfortable and complete. We felt right at home, the quiet neighborhood and the park in front of the house was great for the kids.

Excellent communication, instructions, location. The house is quite spacious, with large spaces to accommodate large groups. Always attentive to ensure we have a pleasant stay. I recommend it 100%

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

The house is very well maintained and is very cozy, the hosts are incredible in response, friendly and cordial. I loved it! There are several parks nearby, and Cuenca is beautiful. You can take spectacular photos of the city from 3 blocks away.

Pros If you cook, you're going to love this little gem of an apartment. It's well equipped kitchen has sharp knives, matching dishes, steel pots (with covers), good coffee maker and tea kettle, large mugs, a toaster oven, gas stove, and microwave. The buildings has interesting architecture, a roof top deck with an awesome view of the city, comfortable bed, lots of nice pillows and blankets, fresh air, court yard, swing, great shower, closet space, quiet, private, secure, at least 6 restaurants and bars on the block, atm across the street , river walk access, colibri, laundry (with baskets provided!), and fresh flowers on arrival and a super helpful and friendly proprietor. Cons: ummmm, can't think of any except maybe a little noisy saturday night, but hey it's party time. I could easily live here long term. Highly recommended.

I had an absolute amazing experience by Valeria Home. It was beautifully designed and comfortable great and quiet location. I stayed there for one month. It’s definitely comfortable for long stays. Valeria was the best host I ever had. She was very nice and accommodating and helped me with all my needs. I hope to be back soon!

We stayed at this Airbnb located within a hotel in Cuenca for one night, and it was perfect for our quick stop. We arrived after hours and really appreciated how secure everything was. The gated parking garage gave us peace of mind about leaving our car overnight. When we arrived, the on-site security was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with check-in and making sure we were comfortable. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, including a fridge and a private bathroom. Even though our stay was short, everything was smooth and convenient. We felt safe and well taken care of—definitely recommend for anyone needing a comfortable and secure place to stay in Cuenca!
