Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cuenca

Me encanto, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en la suite cuando regrese a Cuenca! Juan Francisco muy amable en todo momento.

Die Wohnung von Yani ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu entdecken. Die Lage ist super, von dort aus ist man sehr nah an allen wichtigen Dingen. Zentraler geht es nicht. Außerdem hat man einen Parkplatz zur Verfügung, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Von der Wohnung aus hat man außerdem einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt. Alles in allem ist Yani eine super Gastgeberin, sie kommuniziert sehr gut, reagiert sehr schnell und ist super freundlich! Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ich war überrascht über die perfekte Ausstattung - von Kaffee über Zucker bis hin zu Bügeleisen und Föhn, alles da! Danke und unsere beste Empfehlung für Yanis Wohnung!

Let me begin by saying that the place is exactly as it shows in the pictures, Absolutely beautiful!! Luis was very attentive to ensure our stay was pleasant. The location is only minutes away from all attractions, The airport and all the restaurants which made it easy getting around . When you go upstairs to the terrace you also get a breath taking, panoramic view of the whole city of Cuenca, The mountain’s and the Cathedral. Antonio and Junior are the security in the building and they are the sweetest! Always made sure we were good and asked if we needed anything every time they saw us. Overall, I’m very happy about my stay and Luis the host was very attentive to our needs and ensured our check in and check out was smooth and easy. His response time was right away and the place was super neat and clean! Thank you Luis and we will be coming back again :)

Muy confortable el departamento, la ubicación accesible pero no esta justamente tan cerca del centro como para ir caminando, muy organizado, limpio y agradable. Definitivamente regresaría y lo recomiendo.

I had an amazing stay at Mauricio’s place in Cuenca. It’s in a great spot, just a 10-15 minute walk to the historic center so it’s close enough to everything but still nice and quiet. Mauricio was an incredible host. He was super attentive and always quick to help out if I needed anything. The apartment had everything I needed for a longer stay, and the hot tub was a huge highlight. The views from there were stunning. It was a great way to relax. I work online, and during the country wide power cuts Mauricio made sure I had a UPS generator so I didn’t miss or drop any video calls with my clients. Honestly, everything about this place was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t wait to come back.

Esta ubicado a un par de cuadras del parque calderon. La casa es amplia y acogedora. Las camas son comodas. Todo estaba limpio

El lugar es tal como lo indican en las fotos , muy ordenado y limpio todo ! Nos encantó y muy seguro vamos a regresar ya que nos pareció un lugar muy acogedor ! Danna nos ayudó mucho con todas las facilidades que nos brindó eñ tema horarios ! Muy satisfechos del lugar

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

Este alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas. Todo es tal cual las fotos publicadas en el anuncio y hasta mejor la verdad. La casa es muy espaciosa y bastante cómoda, las camas cómodas y calientitas. Cada espacio tenía lo necesario para su uso. Me pareció un detalle muy lindo las bolsitas de agua caliente que encontramos al llegar al airbnb. En general, puedo recomendar ampliamente este airbnb para una estancia en la bella Cuenca! Maria Augusta siempre estuvo pendiente de mis mensajes y respondía rápidamente cualquier duda, es una excelente host! Adicional, nos dio flexibilidad en el check in lo cual fue bastante conveniente para nosotros.

We had a great stay, the host accommodated all our requests and the place was beautiful and in walking distance of tons of restaurants and other attractions. I would definitely recommend the place, great experience.

This review is for the second month of our stay. We loved this apartment! Perfect for 2 people, good workspace in the second bedroom, beautiful bathrooms and showers, mountain views from the large kitchen window, full washer and dryer in unit. The building is beautiful - clean, fast elevator, helpful 24/7 security guards. There are several restaurants at Plaza 33 next door and other places nearby. The neighborhood is walkable, very close to the tranvia and SuperMaxi. We were sorry to leave! Thanks for everything, Fernanda!

Maggie’s place was perfect for our 3-night stay in Cuenca. In one word, the condo is spectacular with fantastic indoor and outdoor space. Pride of ownership is obvious! The building is new and very well maintained, secure, and the location is perfect…just a couple of minutes walk to Parque Calderon.and Immaculate Conception church. It exceeded our expectations, and was our best Airbnb experience in Equador. Highly recommend!

Ich war während meines zweimonatigen Langzeitaufenthalts sehr zufrieden. Das Apartment ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und ideal für längere Aufenthalte. Besonders angenehm ist die Fussbodenheizung – ein grosser Pluspunkt für alle, die kälteempfindlich sind, und definitiv den Aufpreis wert. Das Apartment ist insgesamt gemütlich, auch wenn es etwas dunkler ist als auf den Fotos – je nach Geschmack ein kleiner Minuspunkt, der jedoch kaum ins Gewicht fällt.
