Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cuenca

Todo muy bien, tal cual está en la descripción y como se ve en las fotos. Mucho más recomendado para gente que está viajando a hacer varias actividades durante el día y noche, si uno va a buscar descansar y dormir temprano, tiene que tomar en cuenta que en esa zona durante la noche todas las propiedades tienen la misma situación con el sonido del exterior. Por haber tantos bares y restaurantes es inevitable la bulla sobre todo en fines de semana. Pero la relación precio, ubicación y comodidad es excelente.

Lugar perfecto para quedarse en Cuenca y don Patricio es una persona muy amable y atenta, desde el inicio estuvo pendiente de que llegáramos bien y ayudarnos a instalar, aparte de eso la zona es excelente ya que está cerca de absolutamente todo, fuí con mi esposo y mis padres y todos quedaron encantados, definitivamente volveremos a ir a Cuenca y obvio a la comodidad y hospitalidad del Airbnb de don Patricio...

Visitamos Cuenca con mi esposa por una Cirujia. No fuimos en plan de turismo. Estuvimos 20 días…El departamento muy bien, cómodo y con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La verdad nos sentimos con en casa. Pero lo que más puedo destacar es la asistencia de su propietaria y administradores!! Atentos a cada detalle y preocupados por nuestro confort !

Patricio was the perfect host. He was always prompt in responding to my questions. The apartment is located within walking distance to the centre of the historic area. As a single female I felt very secure and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Having a full kitchen made it very easy to prepare meals. I did enjoy trying local restaurants as well but when staying for a month it’s nice to stay in sometimes. There is also a washer and dryer available for use. There was always hot water in the shower which was great as the temperature outside was a bit lower than I anticipated. When it was time to depart Patricio generously drove me to the airport. Overall, a very nice visit to Cuenca. I would definitely recommend the apartment to a single person or couple.

Es la primera vez con mi familia que pedimos un Airbnb, estoy encantada de que encontraramos el alojamiento de Rossy, es súper cómodo, tranquilo y muy bonito. En general, Rossy fue una estupenda anfitriona ✨ super amable, responsable y respetuosa, siempre estuvo al pendiente de mi y mi familia, incluso como era nuestra primera vez en cuenca, nos recomendo restaurantes y lugares que visitar. Nos recibio muy gentilmente y con chocolates, de verdad que súper recomendado, si en un futuro tengo la oportunidad de volver a cuenca, sin duda escogería el alojamiento de Rossy otra vez. ♥️

La casa superó nuestras expectativas, estuvo muy acogedor. Fuimos 6 adultos, 2 niños y un bebé, fueron muy amables en ayudarnos con un corral para la comodidad del bebé. Tuvimos una tienda a dos pasos de la casa y era súper completa. Realmente excelente lugar para una familia grande.

Muy buen lugar, súper cómodo y completo. Nos sentimos como en casa, el barrio tranquilo y el parque frente a la casa fue genial para los niños.

Excelente comunicación, instrucciones, ubicación. La casa bastante amplia, con espacios grandes para hospedar a grupos grandes. Siempre pendiente que tengamos un estancia placentera. Recomiendo al 100%

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

Excelente ubicación, la casa muy cómoda, amplia, todo muy bien organizado, muy limpio, muy buen anfitrión.

La casa esta muy bien mantenida y es muy acogedora, los anfitriones son increibles en respuesta, amables y coordiales. Me encanto! varios parques cercanos y pues Cuenca es hermosa a 3 cuadras podras sacar unas fotos espectaculares de la ciudad.

We thoroughly enjoyed this stunning apartment. It is in an ideal location for exploring Cuenca. Though on a busy street, the bedrooms are quiet. And the fully-sticked kitchen makes cooking a breeze. It is on the 4th floor and the service elevator is not working so prepare your lungs for the altitude and your legs for the climb! There are at least 30 restaurants within a 10 minute walk as well as a large market. It is an easy walk to the historic center. And there are six museums on the same street. There were a few electrical system interruptions--management did a great job communicating with us about them. We definitely plan to return.

Recomendado, el departamento estaba impecable, todo limpio y cómodo, también las instrucciones para ingresar y para salir fueron sencillas, Veronica responde rápido y es muy atenta.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und tatsächlich super ruhig, obwohl sie sehr zentral liegt. Wir haben uns mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder 💚 Die Kommunikation mit Maggie und Alejandra war super. Vielen Dank.

Pros If you cook, you're going to love this little gem of an apartment. It's well equipped kitchen has sharp knives, matching dishes, steel pots (with covers), good coffee maker and tea kettle, large mugs, a toaster oven, gas stove, and microwave. The buildings has interesting architecture, a roof top deck with an awesome view of the city, comfortable bed, lots of nice pillows and blankets, fresh air, court yard, swing, great shower, closet space, quiet, private, secure, at least 6 restaurants and bars on the block, atm across the street , river walk access, colibri, laundry (with baskets provided!), and fresh flowers on arrival and a super helpful and friendly proprietor. Cons: ummmm, can't think of any except maybe a little noisy saturday night, but hey it's party time. I could easily live here long term. Highly recommended.

I had an absolute amazing experience by Valeria Home. It was beautifully designed and comfortable great and quiet location. I stayed there for one month. It’s definitely comfortable for long stays. Valeria was the best host I ever had. She was very nice and accommodating and helped me with all my needs. I hope to be back soon!

We stayed at this Airbnb located within a hotel in Cuenca for one night, and it was perfect for our quick stop. We arrived after hours and really appreciated how secure everything was. The gated parking garage gave us peace of mind about leaving our car overnight. When we arrived, the on-site security was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with check-in and making sure we were comfortable. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, including a fridge and a private bathroom. Even though our stay was short, everything was smooth and convenient. We felt safe and well taken care of—definitely recommend for anyone needing a comfortable and secure place to stay in Cuenca!
