The house exceeded our expectations, it was very cozy. We were 6 adults, 2 children and a baby, they were very kind in helping us with a playpen for the baby's comfort. We had a store two steps away from the house and it was really complete. Really great place for a big family.

We loved everything, the house in person is better than in the photos. Very well decorated, very cozy. It has everything you need, good kitchen utensils and tableware. Flexible check-in helps you to be calm. It is very conveniently located in Cuenca, 10 minutes from downtown by car, close to Mall del Río, Supermaxi, bakeries, cascaritas, etc. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet, there was no noise. When we return to Cuenca we will look to stay there again.

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

I had a very pleasant vacation, 🇪🇨🏡✨the house is as shown in the photos, clean, cozy and in a good location close to everything, I was looking for security, rest and a pleasant stay, that's why I give it 10/10, María Augusta is a very friendly host, always available and very committed to her work, she was very good at resolving any questions I had... I hope to return and it would certainly be in this same house... 10 of us stayed and there was still space and comfort... highly recommended, you feel at home.

The apartment is very comfortable, with a good distribution of spaces and has all the inputs for a short or long stay. It is located in a very quiet area facing the river, about 15 minutes from the historic center by car. We had a very pleasant experience, good treatment and attention. We recommend this space for large groups.

My stay was excellent. The place was spotless, nicely equipped and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect, a little out of the way from central places but with very good places for tourism around it with easy access to shops and restaurants. The host was very friendly and responsive, always available for any questions or recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

Beautiful Quinta, just like the photos, perfect to enjoy nature, we spent relaxing and quiet moments. My whole family was looking forward to returning.

We loved staying at their Airbnb. He was quick to respond to messages and was very flexible for our check-in. He was attentive to our arrival and recommended many places to visit in Cuenca. The Airbnb is quite spacious, it has many facilities as a dryer and washing machine among others. Johanna was very helpful and warm at all times.

Excellent apartment, the host was very friendly, we were comfortable and safe, the only detail was the location, which is 30 minutes from the center, but other than that everything was excellent, cozy, I would definitely go back.

Juan José's house is beautiful, has all the amenities and is very peaceful. It is possible to rest and relax away from the noise. Additionally, it is very safe and spacious.
