The apartment is in a building with people living there, so parties are strictly forbidden. You can use the terrace without any issues, but at night it is very quiet because it overlooks a square that is closed, and any noise can be heard clearly. So, at night, you have to be especially careful if you go out.

The owners live in the villa, but they have an independent entrance to the house with no access to the garden or the pool.
