The stay was good the area is very quiet, if you are looking for peace find it, there is a lot of privacy, the house is large and well distributed, there was always good attention from the host.

Super comfortable and conveniently located accommodation a few meters from the Venezuelan border. I came and went on foot. The complex is private, super beautiful and quiet. Isis, the hostess, was super friendly at all times, ready to help if we needed anything. Inside the complex there are places to eat and a mini market. There is also a Bancolombia correspondent. There is a bus stop in front of the complex that takes you anywhere in Cucuta. The house is very well maintained, everything is in excellent condition and with little use, I would really stay here again when I return to Cucuta, ideal for families or people who have to do errands on the Venezuelan side, as I needed to. We all felt right at home, even our little dog Pug. Thank you Isis for being so kind and understanding during our stay at your home. Jacqueline thought of absolutely everything when outfitting her apartment for guests. We stayed for one month and had everything we needed. The Silver Park building is nice and well managed and it was great having a pool. Jacqueline was a kind and very responsive host. We would definitely return!

Riccardo's place is just like the pictures. He is a great host, he came to greet us. High end decoration inspired in Pinterest. Bolsting 3 bedrooms 2 with A/C units, also A/C in the living room with large TV. Netflix and Youtube. Balcony with nice view. Washer in the laundry room. Like advertized, their is no hot water in the shower but you don't need it because the water temperature is so nice. Highly recommend this place, you will feel special.

This has become my home away from home when I am in Cucuta. I was just there in Dec/Jan and the place was beautiful and I walk in this time and some nice touch ups were done to make it even that much more beautiful. Julian and Nelly are awesome hosts and are there when ever needed. The pool is very nice and we used the gym a few times. The area has 3 supermarkets within a block of building and I used all 3. Night life and dining is also very close and downtown is a short taxi ride. I can't recommend this lovely space enough. the place is good, everything was tidy and clean, the only thing to improve the room is open to the patio does not allow isolating the spaces, but it was comfortable, the instructions clear and the area is very good, the TV should have even though it is TDT, but I think cost-benefit is the best alternative of the area far away

Good location, very comfortable apartments with everything you need Friendly concierge, the only bad thing is that it does not have thermopanel windows and the apartment is on an avenue where you can hear absolutely everything All the motorcycles and vehicles that passed by until dawn could be heard. It was hard to rest. I was with a 3-month-old baby and it was difficult to get her to sleep. should invest in noise-insulating windows to make the stay completely enjoyable, or specify this in the review.
