Denis was an excellent host, we didn't want to bring anything to cook and he is an excellent cook, he takes into account your tastes and what the region offers at a very affordable price, breakfast is included and it is wonderful. It is a house in a very quiet, clean and private complex, ideal for a family atmosphere, flexible at check-out, informing in advance, clear instructions and recommendations when handing over the house and at check-in. Don Jhon is very attentive to what is required, Mrs. Cristina is very attentive and the food is very tasty. An excellent stay, thank you so much

A quiet place, with everything we needed to spend a family night in Buga. The mattresses are super comfortable, something that makes a big difference to me personally.

Really enjoyed our stay. The property was spotlessly clean. The rentals team were great, responded immediately to any questions and were helpful in providing recommendations and organised a trip for us. The housekeeper does breakfast if arranged the day before which we did on two occasions, this was excellent. Food was delicious and presentation was great, we only paid for the items she bought . There’s a nice terrace with charcoal bbq which we used one day but Cartagena has plenty of restaurant options for eating out . Located an easy walk to the old town restaurants etc although there is some noise from the school opposite during the week as the bell rings early and people are coming and going but overall it didnt impact our stay . Overall I’d highly recommend the property

Very well centered, the only thing is the amount of noise you hear inside of the house and the rooms from the street is insane. They give you earbuds so you can sleep and I know that’s out of their control but for future guests I suggest taking personal ear buds. Also since some windows remain open a hand ful of mosquitos come in on a daily so also prepare for that. Aside from that the place has everything we needed plus the location is PERFECT

It is a very beautiful and comfortable house, with everything you need to have a great time. It also has an excellent location to get to know many villages of Santander and enjoy nature. We will definitely be back here.

Amazing stay here with a smaller group of just 3 of us. When we arrived we were greeted by the host and introduced to the house caretaker and concierge Oscar who was a highlight of our trip. He was extremely helpful and available at seemingly all times and knew about many things in the city. He would help with restaurant recommendations and even walk us to the where we needed just to tag along. The space itself was beautiful, quiet and secluded but still just a couple minutes walk from the action. There is daily breakfast for a small fee and everything from changing money to arranging a shopping list can be easily accomplished. Highly recommend this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The place was impeccably clean and smelled delicious. Melany was amazing, always attentive to us and providing exceptional advice. Additionally, the space is very spacious, perfect for our family of 5. The reception service was also excellent. The location is perfect, right by the sea, with shops and restaurants, and only 13 minutes by car from Getsemaní. Without a doubt, I will consider returning for my next vacation. Highly recommended!

Well located, comfortable, very clean, the building is safe and the access is perfect for the elderly. Juan Pablo was very friendly and always attentive to any concerns.

Overall, the stay was good because of its location and shopping, but the owner was very strict about check-in and check-out times.

Very wonderful place completely beautiful. With a spectacular view. Everything is nearby and super convenient. Next door is a mall steps away that has it all. Equally a supermarket. You only walk 20 steps if much to be in both places. Everything beautiful super equipped. I would come back a thousand times. One of the best I've been to. An endless beautiful pool.

I had a great stay at this place. Very secure and an excellent spot in the Walled City of Cartagena if you want a quiet place to stay but close enough to the other hotspots. I only had to Uber twice during my whole trip.

Paola and her husband were exceptional hosts! They informed us about a $50 charge for leaving the AC unit on when the apartment is unoccupied, which reflects their commitment to energy efficiency—a policy I fully support. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to use their amenities, I can tell they are well-maintained and inviting. Overall, a fantastic experience!
