Comfortable apartment, very good location with a pool

Very comfortable apartment located in the up scale Caobos neighborhood, 1 bock from ventura plaza. A short walk from the finest restaurants in Cucuta. Markets, drug stores bakeries very close. The streets are well lit with security at night. The building is well maintained with 24 hour security, very friendly and helpful. all appliances are large and very new including a hot water shower which is very rare here, icluding most Airbnb's Roof top pool with a great view. Pleas read the reviews!

The space is just as you can see in the photos, it is clean, spacious, ventilated, and very well located. The bed and mattress are very comfortable. Noe did not allow me to check in before the time due to an emergency and his communication was clear and friendly. I would definitely stay at this place again.

everything has an ancient touch but gives it a certain magic and vibes of good times to the place which is a plus in a certain way, I would try for a better disposition of kitchen utensils in case someone acquires the service long stays otherwise it has the basics to subsist in addition to great gastronomic places steps from the Airbnb.

The apartment is very nice, the service is impeccable, very collaborative and helpful, but the only bad thing about the apartment is its location, since it is very far from the city of Cúcuta, there is no public transport and to get around you must have a private car or use a taxi and Uber. This is the only place that I see for this apartment, the rest is fine

super easy to deal with. Rogert was very communicative and made sure I had all of the information I needed. room was clean, comfortable, actually really big! full kitchen with toaster, sandwich maker etc etc. it is really close to the Venezuelan border which makes it a great place to stop at coming or going to Venezuela.
