Cottage vacation rentals in Crystal River

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

We had a great stay! We loved the view and loved feeding the baby goats and cows! We came for a trip to check out the Weeki Wachi springs and it was about 20 minutes away, so very close. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Brandy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Carrie was able to squeeze us in a little earlier. All of the staff Carrie, Linda and Rachel were great. The people in the park were very friendly and made us feel welcome. I hope to stay there again . Joe

It is an incredible and beautiful place, the house is really cozy and very beautiful. Mr. Joe was also very friendly and he was always willing to help us with our concerns, without a doubt it is a place that I would recommend 100%.

This home was exactly as pictured and described. The only thing missing was a wine bottle opener! I left one behind for the next guest!

Crystal River Cottage was the perfect spot for our stay in the area! We loved the convenient location (just minutes to all the best things about Crystal River), thoughtful touches and amenities, and the pool. We also really appreciated the host’s great list of suggestions for the area, responsiveness to our questions, and easy-peasy check out process. Would definitely return and recommend to others!

Cindy is a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Especially good place for dancers, as she is connected with the dance community. I joined her for a few social dances during the week. She is proactive in giving other recommendations. Her house is very nice. Cute decor and attention to detail. Lanai overlooking the pond is peaceful for sitting while having breakfast. Location is a ten minute drive from two town squares: Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. If I come back to the villages, I would be happy to stay with Cindy again.

All the comforts of home located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The space was very clean and well maintained. Kimberly was easily accessible. Overall great stay!

Kimberley was very responsive, the place was beautiful and comfy! My family and I stayed here while we had to do some renovations and we were pleased with the home (as well as the pool and hot tub)!

I absolutely loved my stay at this cozy little house in Spring Hill! The space was clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights was getting to pet and feed the adorable animals on the property — such a unique and heartwarming experience! The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made our stay even better. I can’t wait to come back again — highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Fredy’s house. The house had a great open kitchen, dining and living room and was perfect for a group of four golfers exploring North Tampa golf courses. The house was clean and had comfortable beds. The pool was a fun addition! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and is easy access to surrounding golf and restaurants are a quick 10 min drive away.

Corinna is very friendly and outgoing. She is more than happy to recommend activities and restaurants. She has thought of everything that someone would need or want and then goes ABOVE that. (I LOVED the heated toilet seat!) Everything is as represented in the pics and is in pristine condition. We were here for 4 nights during a get-away to see the area and visit with an elderly uncle. We enjoyed the hot tub and took the paddleboat out. I wish we would have stayed longer to have more time to enjoy hanging out at the house. I hope to come back to La Casita soon.

2nd visit and just as good as the 1st visit. Very well appointed, with everything needed for a nice visit. Animals on farm are just a bonus for hours of enjoyment.

As a horse person - I figured I would really enjoy staying at a horse farm. Some may think a horse farm cottage would be too rustic or smell like horses… not this place! Absolutely gorgeous interior design with everything that I would need for my stay. Very clean & comfy! The kitchen is nicer than the one I have in my house and I was really sad that I had to leave. The views of the horses in their paddocks really added to my love for this property. I whole heartedly recommend this cottage for horse & non-horse lovers 😊😊😊

Kristina and Beth, who managed the property, were the kindest and most pleasant hosts. They made us feel right at home and let us wander around the property anytime we liked. The horses, cows, chickens, and especially the dogs, were so much fun. We could interact with them as little or as much as we preferred. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. We had a fabulous time! It was a great peaceful getaway and we can't wait to come back! One of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean and exactly as listed, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was kayaking with the manatees; we even saw baby manatees and lots of other wildlife. The location felt private yet was conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, which was perfect. Check-in was a breeze, and we enjoyed easy day trips to Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island for shelling, Dunedin and Tampa. Weeki wachee state park was just down the street and a fun visit. This place is great for families with young kids, as we appreciated the security measures in place to keep the little ones safe. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Our 2nd one month stay at this lovely cottage. It's an excellent location on a channel to access Lake Henderson. Perfect for bass fishing. The home is clean and comfortable. It's spacious and was perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen is organized and well stocked . We enjoyed the patio, particularly the newly installed gazebo which provided shade during sunny days. The view from the patio is relaxing and perfect for sunrises. Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's an easy 3 mile ride down 44 sidewalk to get to the Withlachoochee Bike Trail. Spent many hours fishing. Every Monday we'd make the the 45 minute drive to the Webster Flea Market (excellent stop for produce) then stop for lunch at Big Bass Grill on Lake Panasoffkee. Easy drive to Winn Dixie. Would absoulutely stay again,

Authentic and accessible location in the Crystal River area. Convenient for a manatee boat trip from Crystal River whilst feeling properly off the beaten track. Felt like a proper home with a beautiful veranda to enjoy both breakfasts and evening meals. Amy was a super responsive host and resolved any questions we had very quickly.

Place was perfect for hitting the spring to go kayaking daily. Kayaks were really nice. The neighbors were both super friendly. Definitely will be back. ✌🏽
