Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Crown Heights, Brooklyn

This Airbnb was very clean and every room was decorated eclectically. The TV was easy to use and the backyard was full of things to do. We enjoyed sitting outside in the sun and under the umbrella visiting during the day. We cooked out on the grill and made s’mores around the fire pit in the evening. The flowers/lilacs were beautiful and there is easy access to the park. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our daughter who lives only 5 minutes from this house. Camilla was a great host.

Katie’s Lodi home was perfect for us. We were a group of four adults. The only drawback was the second flight of stairs to the two bedrooms. The stairs are very narrow. Otherwise, the place is easy to find and is surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and health clubs. Most things are walkable!!

Heba was a great host with a beautiful home. Very clean, welcoming, and spacious. Bonus- All the tile selections were gorgeous! Our families fit comfortably in the home during our stay and we enjoyed our time.

The place was what we needed though a bigger couch would make it a lot more relaxing, the hosts were very friendly and access to the subway is ideal.

We stayed here as a family of 4 whilst sight seeing in New York. The apartment very comfortably accommodated us all. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well equiped and had everything we needed. There is a big hypermarket about 5 mins walk away. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment building and surrounding area was quiet. It was about 7 or 8 minutes walk to get to the bus to get over the George Washington Bridge and then onto the Subway system. All in all this was a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was spotless, spacious, and very well cared for. The living room was cozy and perfect for relaxing, and we loved having TVs not just there but in both bedrooms too—great for unwinding at night. The beds were super comfortable, and the soft pillows made sleep extra restful. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop with frequent service into Manhattan—very convenient for exploring the city. We also really enjoyed the variety of organic herbal teas provided, a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Jose was a great host—friendly, responsive, and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

The ideal place to stay when you don’t want to be in the bustle of Manhattan. A quiet nice place with friendly hosts. It was the second time we stayed here and not the last, health permitting.

Jennifer's place in Jersey City is the perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. Just a short walk to the PATH station and tons of restaurant options in between. Her place felt like home after our busy days in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to the airport. Very clean Airbnb. 2 balcony views in both bedrooms. Felt at home. Check in was very simple and the Airbnb was very easy to find. The price was very affordable and it was a great location with many amenities within a short drive. I would recommend others booking this location. Also! The bed was comfy with memory foam. Loved it. This was our first time as a family taking a NYC trip. Staying right in the city was extremely expensive so we considered being on the other side of the river. It worked out well. Olga’s son Hirian helped us as Olga was in FL. Hirian could not have been more friendly and helpful. Apartment is as described and had plenty of room for all of us. The 2 bathrooms really made a difference with 3 kids and all of needing to shower after a long day in the city. Apartment is right on the bus route for the city. Hirian is always available for any questions. Only X factor is parking but there a lot close by. You just need to keep paying on the app. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is a great choice!

The place was exactly as described and was a perfect home base for our family to stay. Very clean and quiet place with a full kitchen that we used for a number of meals. We walked to the Path train daily which was straight forward and felt safe - even when we came back late after seeing a musical one evening. Roy obviously really cares about his guests - giving suggestions of restaurants, stores etc. He was always very responsive and friendly. We would definitely return.

Our stay at The Home Away was nothing short of fantastic. On arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo, who gave us a bunch of local recommendations as well as how to get into the city, etc. Our hosts were wonderful and really made us feel welcome as it was our first time visiting New York. The apartment itself is amazing, very clean and spacious, with some of the best views of the New York skyline you're likely to find. The area felt very peaceful and safe, far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city while still feeling very connected to it. The location was incredibly convenient; the bus stop just outside the apartment has very frequent services that get you into Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. There is also a ferry port within walking distance that runs over to Manhattan every 20 minutes. There were plenty of shops and restaurants around the apartment, so you don't need to venture too far. Overall, our stay was 10/10 and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in NYC.

This place is great for a big group! Lots of room and a beautiful terrace at the top.

We were lucky to find Christabella’s place on very short notice. My MIL was in town since we just had a newborn, and we had to cancel a different AirBnb booking because of heating and other issues. Christabella was very responsive and checked in on us during our stay. The apartment was just as described, and we would recommend this listing to family and friends.

Nice place to stay, the flat is as the pictures show. Kamran has a lovely home and is always in touch to help during the stay. We had a lovely time.
