Cromer apartments

We stayed for 4 days. Caravan was exactly as described, comfortable and homely. Sally was very responsive to messages. Site was nice, not too big and busy. We would definely book again.

Rosemarys caravan was bigger than we expected, and we had plenty of room. Two toilets is a big plus! Also the balcony was lovely for sitting outside on. Rosemary is easy to reach and answered all my questions promptly. We did use the indoor pool and it was ok but could do with some renovations.

Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

wonderful little stay amanda and david were great hosts. the area is perfect for a little trip which we had and lots to do for the adults and littles one nice little community feel with the shop and fish n chips being so local and welcoming the chalet itself is lovely and charming, the space is very snug and spread out enough so that you dont feel on top of each other the hosts have a nice information pack which we found very useful. hosts were perfect, let us know we could check in early, and communicated clearly on anything they needed before or after check out very friendly and responsive. will definitely be back David

I would recommend the house, it's in a fab location near a beautiful beach and local amenities, feels homely and is good value. Note there's no iron so you might want to take one with you! The day bed room can be bright early in the spring/summer mornings (due to no blind/curtain on one of the windows).

Saltwater exceeds all expectations! We were blown away from the start and there is absolutely nothing you can fault. We would 100% go back and would highly recommend to all. An added bonus is the gorgeous beach hut - all in all, AMAZING! Lastly, the hosts are fab and extremely attentive!

Lovely little lodge with everything you could need and more! Mark was very friendly and showed us how everything worked and gave great recommendations of where to go for all needs. We will definitely be booking again!!

We arrived in the dark and the area is very rural and so peaceful. We met Donna whilst taking the dog on a stroll around the farmland. Advised to take a good torch if walking at night. Lovely local pubs but a decent walk away, great villages and takeaways in nearby villages a 5 minute drive away. we stayed in and cooked a lovely meal the first night, perfect for a remote and quiet romantic stay, was sad to leave.

Stayed for the weekend to celebrate a 50th birthday. Excellent host, quick responses and extremely helpful! Such a beautiful house, really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Perfect for a large gathering, had everything we needed and we really did have a great time. Only negative was the house was quite tired in places and we felt like for the price we paid it should have been fresher and cleaner.

We spent a wonderful week as a family of 5 in this beautiful home away from home and would thoroughly recommend a stay! The location is perfect for families with only a 2 minute walk to Gorleston sea front with restaurants, ice cream and an expansive beach. The home is clean, well equipped and done to an excellent standard - we had everything we needed, from a playroom full of toys to a fully equipped kitchen. Joanna and Deri provided great, clear information so checking in and out was seamless. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Kelly's place was great to stay in but only stayed the night. it had all you needed for a holiday.

The caravan was spotlessly clean and situated in a quiet place, it is a short walk to the unspoilt beach, the local fish and chips and the local pub, The Jolly Sailors, served first class food

We had a special few days in North Norfolk and made some lovely family memories - including a day on the beach and a walk to Cromer, with a cosy fire at the end of the day. The walk across the fields back from the pub as the sunset was very pretty.

I have absolute nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. Dairy barn is located in Roger’s beautiful Home Farm. Lush gardens and waking up to birds singing. A lovely fully enclosed paddock for our dog Loki to play tug and ball, with outside seating so we could enjoy a glass of wine. The accommodation is homely, exceptionally well kitted out, clean and inviting. There is a large comfy bed, whirlpool bath, with large separate shower. Comfy sofa and kitchen which is spacious and had everything we needed. The welcome basket and goodies were super generous and gratefully received . Roger is a lovely host, who greeted us on arrival and ensured we had all we needed. At the end of our stay, checked we had a good break. We will definitely be back

The cart lodge was absolutely perfect for what we needed; a bolt-hole that slept 4 (2 children on the sofa bed) which would provide a base for exploring North East Norfolk. Spotlessly clean with everything we could have wanted, and an excellent space (I’m 6’2 and the eaves didn’t bother me at all). The hosts are exceptionally responsive to messages, and have listened to previous reviews and have added some black-out blinds in the main area so our kids slept very well indeed, which is all you can ask for on holiday! 10 mins to Cromer, and similarly to the 2 local NT properties along with some absolutely delightful beaches and walks. A really superb place to stay and for a very reasonable price. Thank you all again!

Lovely stay! Our third time staying with Kirsty and Matt and won’t be the last. Lots of places in both walking distance and in the car. We love the little touches they give us. We can’t recommend them enough. Everytime we visit Yarmouth we stay there.
