Guest will have private access on the first floor of this three story ocean view beach home in Virginia Beach, VA. The guest suite is separate from the main house. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bathroom. In the entrance hallway there is a stacker washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink next to refrigerator along with a gas grill outside. NOTE: There is no living room; however, there are chairs in the bedrooms. The true living room is the beach on the Atlantic Ocean :)

My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Newly remodeled, super clean one bedroom (in-law) apartment, approx. 375 sf. Three blocks from the beach 7-10 min walk. Covered deck, backyard on water to watch ducks, herons, fish. Concrete benches and firepit near the water. Walking distance to the ocean, boardwalk, Rudee Inlet, dining and entertainment. The Boardwalk, Shopping, Restaurants, and many more activities are all within walking distance. There is plenty to do for the whole family. Come have a relaxing and fun vacation at the beach.

The perfect set up, quiet neighborhood, 3 blocks from oceanfront, boardwalk, music, nightlife. Bikes & beach chairs provided. 1 block from Rudee Inlet & locals' favorite restaurant/bar Big Sam's. 1 bdrm, kitchenette, foldout couch, 1 bath. One common area, laundry room with outside entrance, downstairs. Privacy fence, outdoor furniture, small deck. Listing is for 2 guests. Charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse located 1 mile /20 min walk from the oceanfront. Close enough to the oceanfront to enjoy it but also tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. There are several restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. There are many parking options at the oceanfront or you can walk or pedal your way there on the 2 provided bicycles. All necessities stocked as well as many extras. 65 inch TV with Cox Cable Tv in the living room for relaxing after the beach.
