Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Croatan Beach, Virginia

Incredible views of the water. Sunrise is beautiful. Dolphins swim by. Hot tub and fire pit are fabulous. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, friendly, and proactive. Our family had a great time at their home.

Brandon was amazing I was able to have some friends and family over to celebrate my birthday. He was extremely responsive and accommodating I wasn’t met with any unpleasant surprises and his home was absolutely beautiful I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a great place to stay in Sandbridge! We loved that we had a view of both the beach and the bay. It's an easy quick walk to the beach, which is beautiful and not crowded. There is a restaurant right on the premises and another one across the street, plus very close to a public park and the wildlife refuge. Randy and Tracy's place was so well-stocked - they had everything from sponges and soap in the kitchen to tissues and shampoo in the bathroom - it was so nice that we didn't have to go buy any of those items, especially for a short weekend! They also have a great storage closet packed with chairs, beach toys and bikes. The beds were very comfortable and the place itself was very nice and spacious. The hosts were super responsive whenever we had a question. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it if you need a condo in Sandbridge!

We rented this property to visit the Virginia Tattoo and the beach and had a great trip!

The home was probably the cleaniest rental we have ever stayed in and that made everything more comfortable! The house is so well stocked and had everything we needed for in the house and the beach! Ryann was so helpful with getting us to the home (which for a first timer to the island can be confusing) and her instructions and recommendations left no questions unanswered! We spend time with 4 generations of our family and we all had a great time and loved the space!

Rachel’s place was one of the reasons why our spring break was so amazing this year. As soon as you enter the house you notice the cozy beach vibe theme. The house is nicely organized and put together. The game room was a fun addition as well. The backyard is well kept with the beautiful green grass cut and edged. The gazebo area has a fire pit and hot tub. Let me tell you… such an amazing vibe in the back yard. We had so much fun listening to music and making smores all night! They thought of everything here! There’s an actual sauna in the master bedroom. I was bummed because we forgot our wireless speaker at home, but guess what… they have one available for you to use and fully charged! Let’s talk about the furniture. They actually put money into the furniture here. The couch was huge and cozy. The beds were not stiff at all. In fact my kids bragged about how comfortable their bed was and how they couldn’t wait to hit the hay that night! This place is worth every penny.

Thank you again for this amazing stay I greatly appreciate it! It felt like home and was very well needed for my trip and I will definitely be back for summer !

The absolute perfect spot for our family to spend quality time together. From the great layout of the house, to the amazing backyard, and super quick walk to the beach - we truly had the best few days. Kevin was incredibly responsive and there were zero surprises going into this vacation. We can’t thank you all enough for providing such an awesome space! 10/10 recommend!!

Spent the weekend up here for a quick getaway. It’s a beautiful cabin - location is great, it’s very quiet, and it was the perfect place to escape life for a couple of days. Loved it!!
