Grayson is awesome and so is the house! Easy to find, clean, and huge TV! Grayson is very knowledgeable of the area and gave great local tips! Our stay was fun and comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves!

We loved the sunrise cabin! It was quiet, serene, and clean! We really enjoyed the hot tub! Etonde was a great host and very kind! The mountain view was gorgeous! No complaints!

Ingrid and Robert were amazing!! The place was fantastic. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. They were there for us at every turn with answers and assistance. This will definitely be our Colorado place when we are in town! Out of five stars we give it a six!!❤️❤️

I love going places, but also usually look forward to going home. At Jennifer’s place, I never wanted to leave!!! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, the surroundings are beautiful, and I felt right at home. It’s so peaceful!! Can’t wait to return for another visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this little cabin!!!! It was very peaceful and we felt very safe. I loved being in the hot tub out in the mountains. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice, clean daily essentials. I would definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed the gas fire place as well.

Jacquie was a wonderful host!! She was extremely responsive and helpful. She offered lots of recommendations and had a very detailed guidebook that listed anything we could want to know about the unit or about Colorado Springs. I appreciated her kindness and thorough hospitality. She truly cares about her guests!!! This place is clean, affordable, and carefully thought out. This place is absolutely worth the price for long or short stays! It has literally everything you could want or need - the hot tub was our favorite!!! My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Jacquie’s place and we’d definitely love to stay here again the next time we’re in Colorado Springs.

Exceeded my expectations!! This place is even cuter in person, the location is so convenient and close to anything you’d need. The house was stocked with everything you could need all the way down to a poop scoop in the backyard. Our dog loved the doggy door and backyard space! I would absolutely stay here again and I’m pretty picky!

This home exceeded our expectations!! It was in a remote area but close enough to several local attractions. The house had EVERYTHING we needed to accommodate 4 teenage boys and 4 adults as well as Chance, our well trained Cavapoo. We cooked breakfast and dinner every night. Oh and it was very well insulated as we experienced warm, cold, rain, snow and hail during our 7 day stay! We went to the Royal Gorge, Cripple Creek to see roaming donkeys, Manitou Cave Dwellings, tons of fishing and relaxing in the hot tub. Chance drug me all over this awesome mountain. Oh and we loved making s’mores in the fire pit they had set up as well as hot dogs on the grill. So many amazing memories! Love this place and highly recommend.

Douglass and Annie were so nice and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even left some dog treats for our dog ! We really enjoyed watching movies but their amazing fire place and even saw 5 deer when we were walking around outside. Definitely would stay again

Everything was as advertised. Check in was super easy. Instructions for the property were clear and posted. Property was clean and host was welcoming and nice. Enjoyed our stay and local area was beautiful with lots to do, thank you!!

This is the perfect peaceful picturesque cabin to stay at. It was very quiet, nobody around, and conveniently located between Divide and Cripple Creek. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the pups, plus the extra pasture area behind that where I was able to enjoy my morning coffee and the views, and a game of catch with the doggos. 10/10 would stay again!

This is a beautiful property run by an extremely friendly and responsive host. Directions to get to the property were easy and entry instructions were simple and easy to follow. The bed was comfortable and the decor is rustic and fun. The kitchen has modern appliances that are clean and functional. Basic cooking supplies are provided and she supplies a coffee maker and coffee supplies. The linen was clean and soft. Cynthia runs a property that is a textbook example of how an AirBNB should be operated and maintained. I highly recommend this property and operator. My wife and I were impressed and thrilled with our stay. It’s less than a mile from the Wolf Sanctuary which is why we were there. This cabin is supremely private. Agree romantic hideaway.

We loved the place!! Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. My dog loved the creek. We will definitely try to come back and recommend to friends and family.

I stayed here with my wife, 2 young children (both under 2), and two dogs. This location was amazing. It is extremely serene and peaceful. Sitting on the deck you can hear the creek babbling. My pups enjoyed it as they were able to run freely. The dirt road that passes by the cabin has next to no traffic. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Sitting and looking out the large windows in the early morning and evening was extremely enjoyable. We were even visited by several deer on our first night there, and they walked right up to the cabin. I highly recommend this space for its privacy, tranquility, and beauty. I certainly plan on staying here again with my family!

Great home, that feels like home. Huge comfortable couches, fully stocked kitchen with spices and containers for leftovers and everything I needed. Super close to the lake!

Brooke was helpful, responsive, and extremely kind. This location was amazing and our stay was extremely comfortable. Lots of nature and cute animals like deer, birds, and squirrels. The weather did not permit the use of the dome to view the stars but when it was dark and the clouds parted a little you can see just how many stars there are without all the light pollution. Amazing stay, thank you Brooke!

I don’t know where to begin, I was there from December 23-28, 2024. I was worried there wouldn’t be any snow, (fyi there was) the views were amazing, it was so peaceful and private. My family and I loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay. Hosts were always very responsive and helpful, even though it was the holidays. We took snow tubes and my kids (teens) enjoyed using them outside, they made snowmen as well. We will definitely be staying here again…

Joey’s place wasn’t just a home base for us- it felt like home. The kitchen was stocked well for what we needed during our stay. Bathrooms were clean and had lots of towels. The AC and fireplace were nice to have and easy to use. There’s a small parking space in the alley and plenty of street parking out front- not a busy street at all and felt very safe! The outdoor space was wonderful- hot tub was relaxing and the grill is thoughtfully placed so that you could use the window in the kitchen to pass food back and forth without having to walk around to the sliding door. The yard games and tire swing were fun to use. The location was perfect for what we had on our itinerary and was walkable to Colorado Ave where there were plenty of cute shops and restaurants. Joey gave us so many recommendations for the area and was quick to respond to messages and was clear with her instructions and replies! I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

Andy was a great host, we bumped into him and his family when we arrived. They were all very nice, accommodating and super friendly. The home and property is beautiful and peaceful. You can really feel the love in the space. Quiet but also close to a HUGE grocery store. The king mattress was incredibly comfortable, often an overlooked detail but so important. Our dogs and us had a great vacation and we are so thankful to have stayed here! P.S - Skye (their beautiful dog) was amazing and a highlight of our trip.

Our stay was wonderful and Josh and Wendy's place was perfect. Highlights were the view, whether sitting inside or out, it never got old, and the proximity to red rock open space where we hiked daily on the awesome trails. Thanks to Wendy and Josh for sharing their home!

Great place to stay and only 15 mins from Manitou Springs. Yard and deck was amazing!

This was the best home I have ever stayed in is the best way I can describe it. The amenities were plentiful (Hot tub, Waterfall shower, Steam shower, Massage chair, comfortable beds, and plenty of peace and quiet that my wife and I really needed). Everyone was very responsive both at check in and check out and also very friendly and patient. Would recommend very highly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved everything! The tasteful decor, room arrangements, and abundant extra details that are evident in the care our hosts provided for us. Very comfortable beds. Appreciated having so much (shampoo,coffee, popcorn, etc) well stocked and available. The ice maker was an added bonus. Might have to order one for our kitchen! Appreciated the night lights and super soft towels, throws,etc. We are just sad we have to leave in the morning. Drove to Salida, Cripple Creek, BuenaVista… gorgeous drive/views. Hiking, Arkansas River. So much beauty!!!
