The facility was very clean and well maintained, almost like in a hotel. The room was tidy, and the towels were changed regularly. Everything was very nicely made, and the beach as well as the pool were easy to reach. Unfortunately, we didn't like the food at the restaurant, and the value for money was also poor. We ordered pizza, and both pizzas were burned – yet they were pushed into the hands of the kids. It was really disappointing In terms of amenities, the complex is top, and supermarkets are nearby. But overall, the food was way too expensive for the quality offered.

One of the most kind and helpful host I’ve experienced, Patty was so sweet with meeting me at the apartment and it was a super clean spacious studio. She also provided recommendations on food and things to do, outstanding experience.

Had a great valentine's, Most of the amenities are at the entrance of the village, but the brisk walk allows a nice view on the valley surrounding the accommodation, A real jackpot.

The reception was very friendly and we were quickly briefed on the important things. Communication was always fast, helpful and smooth. The accommodation is super equipped and has many aesthetic details - you can see it was furnished with a lot of love. Everything was clean, had good quality and was really nice and practical. There was a nice private terrace outside to eat in the sun, and there were also many small unexpected touches that made you feel at home. By car you can easily visit all the surrounding places, not far away are beautiful restaurants, shopping and the beach. 🌴 The accommodation is simply super nice and the stay deserves more than 5 stars. My family and I had a great time at Zorica and Drago's! They let us check in early in the morning and welcomed us warmly! The apartment on the second floor is true to the listing, if not better! Very comfortable, clean and full of the necessary comforts in everyday life. Sea view from the double bedroom and, from the large and livable terrace, a wonderful view! Everything is very clean and suitable for children. There is also a large trampoline in the garden. The area is very quiet, but it is also very convenient to the beach (2-minute walk). Also very convenient are the waterfront dining services and inflatables in the water. We are very satisfied with everything and Zorica and Drago were very kind and sociable! This is the best apartment we have stayed in in Novi in the last 5 years. We'll consider coming back next year!

Beautiful location and very kind host! We arrived at the location far past the normal check in time and Mauro made a clear video to show us exactly how to get in. He was very accommodating and helpful.

Wonderful stay! Martina communicated with us before we arrived and met us on arrival. So nice! We got a bigger apartment than we had booked. What a location above Lovran for the great house, and what a garden! Quiet and peaceful. Very nice host family. We met 3 generations. Last night Martina brought us homemade apple cake. We can recommend this place! We would gladly come again!

Wonderful place. The flat is beautifully decorated, creates an amazing atmosphere and is well-equipped with everything you need for your holiday. A great plus is the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the very comfortable beds. We are glad we chose this place for our honeymoon. Great contact with the owners who were always there to help us. Highly recommend and would love to come back! :)

Fabian and his mom are very kind and helpful. The accommodation was the cleanest apartment of our lives! The beach and restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Highly recommend, we would love to stay here next time!

We were the 2nd and 3rd week of September in Fabian's apartment. It is exactly as described, with attention to detail. We were also allowed to look at the other apartments. Really one more beautiful than the other. Fabian is super nice and accommodating. When the weather was bad, he immediately sent us an alternative program. Convenient location. Excellent apartment with sea view 5 minutes from the center, in a very nice and hospitable village. The private and closed parking space is excellent because there is no place along the streets.

The host was very thoughtful and friendly. The house is very spacious great to enjoy with friends or family.

Host was super nice. Always ready to provide information or assistance. There were good tips on excursions, restaurants, and attractions . to welcome you a nice plate with ham and cheese, wine and bread. The property is ideal to live in with dogs, a small market within walking distance. All in all a good place to relax perfectly

we had a lovely time in this house, a little hidden in a village near Rijeka. this house is ideal for visiting the area in Croatia as well as in Slovenia as in Italy. Despite these few electric curiosities, the house is perfectly functional. Host deserves their Superhost title. He is very responsive and gave us a very nice meal that he made in his restaurant. We slept very well. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the TV as we do not speak Croatian, but I think for people who speak Croatian, the installation is ideal. the wifi worked very well. I would recommend this place for a great value.

We immediately felt at home, super nice and the view is just awesome. We were here as a large family and everyone had enough space and retreats thanks to the spacious house. Everything is great. To get to the beach and into town, a car is best. The magnificent view is simply amazing and really lets you relax. Otherwise, we didn't miss anything in the house and everything important was available. (Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms) Everything super clean and tastefully decorated ❤️

For a few relaxing days by the pool the property is very suitable. The place was very clean, very modern and also furnished to a high standard. The pool was also very clean and a real refreshment on hot summer days. However, if you are looking for proximity to the center, you should plan a half hour drive. All in all, a place to relax with.

The stay was very nice. We know the place on the island very well and felt at home from the first moment. You can relax in the stone house and its surroundings.
