We recommend it especially for couples and small families looking forward to a beautiful and relaxing holiday at the beach, but also as a great starting point for daily trips.

Enjoy this unique and newly decorated apartment, 600 m from the first beach on foot. The apartment is located on a hill. It is divided into two separate units, each of which is about 40 square meters in size. They do not have internal communication, so it is suitable for a vacation for couples/friends or families with older children, where everyone has their own privacy. The facilities are connected by an outdoor covered terrace. Most markets are 10-15 min walk from the apartment.

This 4* apartment, located on the first floor, includes everything you can think of having during your vacation. Big living room space has incorporated dining room and the kitchen. Novo uređeni stan u Crikvenici udaljen 150 metara od mora nalazi se na prvom katu obiteljske kuće s posebni prilazom. Stan je novo renoviran 2023. godine. Sastoji se od prostrane, dobro opremljene kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom i blagovaonom sa stolom za šest osoba. Obje spavaće sobe imaju pogled na more te izlaz na balkon. U kupaoni se nalazi walk in tuš kabina, umivaonik s ormaricem, perilica i wc. Stan ima dva parkirna mjesta te veliko dvorište s roštiljem.
