It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our house is situated 300-500m above the main sandy-gravel beach and the small port Crni Molo, famous for its cafes and restaurants. You will need some 10 minutes downhill to reach the bursting seaside promenade, yet will have the needed quiet hours at night to rest. We wish you a pleasant stay!

We had a wonderful one week stay at Vedran’s apartment. It’s centrally located, next to the beach, just as described. Walkable distance from everything. Apartment was nice and tidy, has all the essential amenities, and was really comfortable for staying with our toddler son. It was super easy to communicate to Vedran, he was always responsive. We are definitely coming back next year. We loved everything.

Such a lovely place, and the hosts are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Will go out of their way to make you comfortable. We were given the most delicious pancakes on the day we arrived (now everyone will be expecting them :D). Apartment felt like home, and it made us feel like they have welcomed us as their own family. Absolutely recommend. Just to add, we had 7-year-old son with us and there were some toys at the apartment, we only stayed one night, and we had a walk around the city, so we didn't spend too much time at the apartment, but when we did it was just like being at home!

We were allowed for 1. May with 3m baby. We had no problem adjusting and it was as comfortable as home. The apartment exceeded our expectations, we were met by the clean and tidy. I was extremely fond of the fact that there was a washing machine, a large fridge and a grill on the terrace and a privates Jacuzzi. You need a car to access the location, because of the "hill" , and we also walked one evening into the city for a walk, and if a little sporty nature is not a problem to get up there. We thank the host, it was lovely. ☺️

We were super satisfied. We were able to book super spontaneously and check in earlier. The accommodation is small but nice. Everything is super and quickly accessible by car. Our hostess was very friendly and available at all times!
