Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a chlorine free, private swimming pool-heated from April to end of October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Krk Island has 80 lovely beaches. You can access our nearest beach on foot - however it is 1km away and a 15-30 minute walk. There is very little public transport around the island.

We stayed in Nadan's apartment from August 23 to 31, 2024, I would say that I can safely recommend this accommodation, primarily for the kindness and availability of Mr. Nadan, who was always present but not intrusive, gave us great tips on beaches to visit and restaurants. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from downtown, so for us great since we wanted to stay in a quiet area, and about 15/20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches to visit. The interior of the apartment is well maintained, clean, and equipped with all comforts, except the washing machine. So have a good vacation to the next ones who will have the pleasure of staying in this apartment.

We really enjoyed staying at Damir's place. He is a very friendly and helpful host. Even before our stay, communication went very well and on site he gave us many tips. We (5 adults, 2 children and a dog) were accommodated in two apartments - a larger one and a smaller one where everything was available for daily use. In addition, everything was clean and in order. Damir lives with his family directly above, so was always available to us and yet we had our privacy. The house has a spacious and well-kept property with pool right outside the door, ample parking and a great barbecue area with covered and illuminated seating, which we have often and gladly used. Thank you Damir for letting us spend our vacation with you and your family!

Alens place was lovely and very clean. We found the steep winding roads and sharp turns a bit of a challenge. She was lovely to deal with and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Would have liked to be a little closer to restaurants. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.

The house is almost unbeatable in terms of value for money. It is extremely clean, nicely decorated and you can find everything you need. Even a fruit basket and a bottle of wine were provided to us. Communication was very easy, you got a quick response to all messages and both check-in and check-out were very easy and straightforward. The amenities of the house are really very very good, the appliances are modern and new and all work perfectly. If you have a car available, the location is also very good and you can quickly reach all the important places on the island. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. Amazing place! It looks just like the pictures, the property is clean and well taken care of. The staff is extremely helpful and available everytime of the day. They made us eggs in the morning and made sure we got everything we needed. We would definitely reccomend this place!

Beautiful accommodation with a large garden and nice ambiance in Jadranovo. There are 2 paths to the beach nearby A quick one uphill (5 minutes, return more strenuous) and one through a small forest (10 minutes). Very well equipped. e.g. several sets of glasses, grill with prefabricated wood, good and beautiful household appliances, etc. Small supermarket and bakery within 15 minutes walking distance and larger cities by car approx. 15 - 20 minutes away. In addition, the host was quickly accessible, direct and very likeable :)

We were very well received by Marcia. She had prepared bottles of beer and cakes for us. and we already got the necessary info about the area. The apartment is spacious and clean. The view from the large terrace is very nice. To go to the sea one has to take a short steep slope with stairs. The kitchen and the indoor dining table are a bit cramped. We were there at the end of September ,which makes little use of the barbecue and the beautiful communal terrace . Nearby are a few restaurants. It's a quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay at Marica's place.

Staying at this place was absolutely perfect! An ideal place for a family, where every little thing exudes the warmth and thoughtfulness of the host. The view out the window of the snow is quite the magic, and the moment while having a crackling fire while enjoying a cup of warm tea makes this home a true snow idyll. The space is super clean, tastefully decorated, and completely family-friendly, with details that create a true family feel. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, always available for any help. The proximity to nature, peace and perfect atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. This is a place we would definitely recommend and would love to come back!
