Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Crested Butte

The place was incredibly well stocked with anything one might want: coffee, coffee making equipment, cooking equipment, nice shampoos and soaps and such. How well it was stocked and maintained made it feel like a hotel. The hot tub worked and the location was bright and scenic. What a wonderful weekend.

This place was adorable, cozy, great backyard for games. It was close to downtown, where we practically walked every night! Would stay again.

The Blue House was a wonderful place to stay with our family. We especially liked the views and all the light and windows in the house. Sitting outside enjoying the valley around dinner and also looking at the abundant display of stars at night was a highlight. There is beautiful artwork and the house is eclectic in its decor. It was such a nice refreshing place and felt like home for that week, not a typical rental. Greg was helpful and friendly and gave us nice recommendations. We would definitely enjoy staying there again. So many great hikes and places to explore nearby.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. The home itself was cozy, had beautiful views, and was well equipped for a weekend getaway. We cooked lots of meals in the kitchen and it had all the supplies we could need. The hot tub was clean, private, and had tremendous views of the mountains. One of our favorite features was the nearby bus stop. The bus stop is about a 3-4 minute walk and the bus goes to town twice an hour. It was fun being able to go out for dinner and not having to worry about driving. The host was also proactive and reached out during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would love to come back and stay here in the future!

Adam’s place was perfect for our ski getaway. We loved that we could easily walk to Elk Ave, the Main Street in town, for shops, restaurants etc. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would recommend Adam’s place to anyone looking to stay in Crested Butte.

This place was perfect for our family of four for our ski vacation! Close to the free bus stop that drops you right off at the ski resort. Coffee shop , restaurant and bar right in the neighborhood. The beds were cozy and we felt right at home. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying in CB South for our annual family ski trip so we were not sure what to expect - let me just say we had the most amazing, uninterrupted view of Mount Crested Butte we’ve ever had! We were thrilled that we happened upon this place! The house was beautiful, plenty of space for our group (teen kids and their friends) and still very convenient to Crested Butte and skiing - do not worry about the extra 5 minute drive!! My husband said he would rather stay in this area in the future. We didn’t get a chance to visit the local bars/restaurants but there is a liquor store which was very close and easy to access if needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Unfortunately it was “mud season” so our hiking plans were cancelled but fortunately we were able to stay in a clean Airbnb with a great view. Not too far from the town area too. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends! Thank you

GREAT LOCATION. Park your car and enjoy easy walking to the best restaurants and stores. You're 1 block from the bus stop to get the ski area. That's awesome. The house is setup perfectly for a nice ski vacation. Highly recommended.

Great location to town & the mountains. Beautiful views & very clean, comfortable place. They have a covered area for parking on site & easy to unload & access unit. Would highly recommend.

We loved this place. It’s so easy to take the bus to Snowmass, the stop is right out front. You can walk to the grocery and the local pizza place. We loved the vibe of the place too.

Place was great. Right by base, and super clean. Didn’t need to inquire with host about anything as they were proactive in providing all needed instructions. Can’t wait to go back

We enjoyed staying at Erins place. The condo was very nice and conveniently located for skiing.

Amazing place to stay to ski in crested butte!! This place is walking distance from the west wall lift. Once you get there you don’t have to move your car at all! The entire unit is gorgeous, comfy beds, great heater, enough appliances to make great meals. Bathrooms were very well equipped, the hot tub is a plus! THE VIEWS!!! Convenient parking, easy to find and overall a great stay! Amazing and responsive host! I cant wait to book again next year for our yearly crested butte ski trip!

Great location. We never used our car once we got there. The free shuttle was fabulous they dropped us off right at the gondola at Ajax and picked us up, we walked the 3 blocks each night to dinner in town which was fabulous. Bathtub was nice and big with plenty of hot water and my husband enjoyed the hot tub numerous times. Bed was comfy. Thanks Daniel!

Great place to stay! The views of the mountains and the lake from the house were amazing. The host was communicative and we enjoyed our time there.

My family stayed at the cabin for Christmas and loved our time there. Getting there was easy because of the clear directions provided. We maxed out the capacity between adults, a 1 year old and 2 dogs but the lofted master and open 3rd floor loft weren’t an issue since we were all awake at the same time. The main floor was perfect - we cooked all our meals there, ate together at the dining table and all hung out comfortably in the living room, they even had a tree & garland up for the holidays which was nice. A few things to note if planning to cook, the dishwasher is in rough shape and doesn’t clean all the way so we had to hand wash dishes when we arrived as well as throughout the stay. The freezer doesn’t quite stay cold so we had ice cream & ice cubes that melted. Overall it was a beautiful area and communication with Barb & David was great, they were so responsive before, during & after. We’re so happy we chose to stay here & made such fun memories as a family.

The location is beautiful. We were looking for great views and peace and quiet — and that’s exactly what we got. The interior was clean and well-organized. The balcony offered amazing views, and we enjoyed watching active hummingbirds throughout our stay. Although the owners live next door, the way the property is set up, you don’t see or hear them at all — it feels very private. There are lots of interesting antique items around the outside of the property as you pull in, which adds a unique charm. Overall, a great stay!

Our family of four loved staying at Bill's place. We wanted a private, off-the-grid rental with easy access to a fishable river/creek and beautiful surroundings. Bill's place was just that. We loved hiking the property -- there's a beautiful, property trail that goes about a mile through meadows & towards the mountains. The stars at night were unbeatable. My kids loved floating in the creek across the street, and we loved fishing there & also driving about 5 minutes away where we had a good river access & caught lots of gorgeous rainbow trout. The kitchen is stocked with things like sugar, oils, seasoning & some dry goods people have left. Lots of utensils and plates & a great grill & smoker outside. The place is surrounded by cute chipmunks and deer - fun for our kids. One FYI is that there are two Airbnbs on the property - the main cabin and a separate barn with an apartment (which we hadn't realized) but wasn't an issue - other than that, you'll be alone if that's what you want!

Great location, right across from Twin Lakes. Easy access to hiking, kayaking and just relaxing. So quiet and relaxing. Also love they were extremely dog friendly and had doggie sheets and towel to help keep everything clean! Will definitely be back!

John and his ranch were both absolutely perfect. So impressed - house was clean and well equipped with towels, firewood, pantry supplies, and anything we could ever need. Not to mention the best stars we’ve ever seen from the hot tub!!!You can tell John really pays attention to the details that make a trip special and make people feel at home. The property is absolutely stunning and we couldn’t have had a better time. Thank you John!

Due to low competition and a decent price point compared to competition this place does well. I would rate it 3-4 stars based on just the mere location. The rating goes to 4-5 with the view you don’t get in Denver and the hot tub. Negatives- right off the highway so your heart rate goes up entering and leaving. There’s no shampoo just some cheap dollar store soap which I guess you can use for shampoo. Up to you.. bring your own if you want. Not really a tranquille mountain getaway as there’s a cabin infront of your nice Mountain View(not shown in the photos) and the sound of the highway outside. Positives- Hot tub with nice Mountain View’s, which make you forget about the highway noise and hopefully you fill it with good conversation with whoever you’re with. The prairie dogs scurrying around out back are cute. Conclusion- I have to say the hot tub saved it. Keep the hot tub maintained and people will be happy.

This was my first time using Airbnb. It was a great first experience. The property is tucked into the forest so that you feel in nature. We stayed 5 days and wished it was longer. The wood burning stove as well as the wood burning fireplace were great and the large deck was perfect for cornhole and just relaxing. The owner, Keegan, responded in minutes when messaged, and provided all the information needed.
