Kellee made our trip easy with her proactive approach to communicating. Her emails and on property book, clearly explained the condo. The location is a perfect combination of walkable and access to transit. Our group comprised ages 6 to 74 and all stated “ will will be back” . Thank you Kellee.

Perfection! Joyce was very responsive and informative before arriving. Upon arrival we were a little early getting to the area and were given access to the condo. The garage parking space was right up front and convenient. Condo is on the top floor and has a cute bench area right outside the door to remove ski boots and gear. The condo is immaculately clean! Spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a well stocked kitchen and living room area was perfect for the 4 of us. Every room has a flat screen tv (smart tvs). We cooked several meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The appliances are new and there were ample dishes and glassware. Never had a need to use the fire place as it was very warm inside. Towels and bedding were high quality and pool towels were provided for us to use. The pool and hot tub were a big hit after skiing all day. We opted to walk to ski instead of using the shuttle. Easily walkable to EVERYTHING! Highly recommend!

This place was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, it is super close to the ski resort. We really appreciated the full size kitchen and multiple coffee making options. Would definitely stay here again.

Best location ever! Steps to gondolas and restaurants. Easy walk to Sheraton store or Wild Plum store. Bill’s place had everything we needed for a perfect ski trip. He was super responsive to all questions. Would highly recommend this stay!

Mountain condo one block from Steamboat Gondola!

This was our second time staying at Ross's place. Same as last time, Ross was very responsive, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. We cooked there most nights, so it's nice to see some new cookware and other kitchen items. There's just about anything you'd need now. Just bring your own staples, spices, oil, etc. because not much is provided beyond salt, pepper and coffee. The location is ideal. It's a doable walk to the gondola (not recommended in ski boots) and the green and orange bus lines stop right in front of the complex so you can get anywhere easily. The excellent hot tub is just a few steps outside the unit. All in all, another great stay with Ross!

Amazing location right next to the wild horse gondola! Just a 2-4 min walk and it takes you right to the base of steamboat resort. Also very close to downtown and other grocery stores. The place was fully stocked with everything we might need and more! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

This place makes for the perfect Steamboat get away! The shuttle service was so helpful and allowed us to navigate the area car-less with ease… and we didn’t have to spend a ton on Ubers. Perfect distance from the mountain, with some runs in view from the back porch. Excellent host and amenities. Everything was cleaner and comfier than we could’ve imagined!

This is a very nice place with epic views of the mountain. The sauna is great and we enjoyed it, but it is shared with the other unit. The walk to the slopes is less than 10 minutes, but it is a hilly walk that might be a problem for some people. You can always get a shuttle instead of walking.

The condo at the Bronze Tree was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were clean and tidy (especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Views of the ski slopes/gondola from each room. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Kim was very responsive to me when I had questions about the booking, the city, restaurants, etc, she provided her cell and we corresponded effortlessly. The best part, we were right on the slopes, did a whole vacation with wife and 2 kids and didn’t need a rental car!

This place worked great for our trip. We did wear regular shoes and boots to walk to the base of the mountain and stored them in a locker each day. However, you could have worn your boots there. We felt like the walk back (which is uphill) would not have been fun in ski boots.

Location was great, up the mountain, beautiful views and can see gondola passing from the balconies. Skiing down to the lift was convenient (we had enough snow). But need to walk up last 150 yds at end and same the other way on the return. It would be a 400-yard walk to the run and challenging without skiable conditions, especially with no regular shuttle service on the street (need to book 1 hr advance). I don't think the description adequately described that, but it worked fine for us adults. It's a very nice clean and updated unit, well stocked with all utensils and more. No regrets there. We enjoyed our week.

The location is great! Close to the mountain with transportation easy and available. The shuttle system to and from the mountain, as well as downtown was a huge perk. The space was perfect for our group and exactly as described.

Nice place, 6 mins from the ski resort and ~10 or so to downtown. Parking was painless. The shared balcony with chairs has a great view. Didn’t hear any of the apartments next to us. Sleeps everyone comfortably.

Great time with family. We had 4 adults and 4 older teens. 3 bedrooms and three baths was a little tight for the 8 of us, but the location and price made it totally worth it. Nice location, easy to schedule the shuttle to and from the Steamboat Village. Very convenient!!!

Leon helped us out of stuck situation, he helped us book the sam day trip and helped with helpful instructions on how to get to his place. the rv is much bigger than one would expect. Great guy and great place
