Monthly Rentals in Cozumel

I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Zastun. Robert and Sharon were amazing hosts even providing extra water and emergency supplies during hurricane Beryl. The apartment itself was very clean and homey. The grocery store is just a couple of blocks away and there are a good many restaurants nearby. I was there for 40 days and was sad to go stay elsewhere afterwards.

We loved our stay here. Ian is an amazing host. Always available and more than happy to help with anything you may need. Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the Main Street/plaza. Lots of restaurants. Secure access to the building. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed it even more than we expected. Highly recommended.

Erik is a Super Host, he welcomed us warmly and took care of everything, even the tour... he even picked us up the next day specifically to accompany us to the boarding point... he provided us with 2 bikes and a scooter! All the condominium staff were super nice... they pointed us to trusted restaurants and taxi drivers. The condominium has a swimming pool, solarium area and barbecue area! I highly recommend Erik!

Great little place! What I particularly liked was the warm water to shower, and the Oxxo, 7/11, and Yza Pharmacy being literally less then 2 or 3 minutes walking. Since it's not close to the more "toursity" areas, it wasn't bombarded by loud music. I would definitely stay again.
