Once you arrive at Lunada you will be impressed as soon as you walk in the door. Walk into the fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area and drink bar and start to unwind. As you open the double patio doors the hammock looks inviting while you look at the peaceful courtyard. Watch a movie on the 55" smart flat screen TV or enjoy your music via blutooth on the stereo while you relax on the comfortable couch with a refreshing beverage. Down the hall you will find two relaxing bedrooms both with their own full tile bathroom and rain shower heads in both showers to start your day right. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 48" smart flatscreen tv. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a walk in closet complete with a safe for your valuables and electronics. When its time to cool down, head up to the rooftop. This is in one of the best rooftops around with a pool, lots of loungers, 2 hot tubs a and a BBQ grill. There are plenty of tables for socializing and meeting people from around the world. Later head down to the gym for a cardio workout or utilize the multiple free weights or machines to keep fit, even while your away. Of course you will want to go to the beach, so a 10 minute walk down 38 ave gets you right in the middle of one of the nicest beaches in Playa. White sand and warm water will have you reaching for your camera for that postcard picture in paradise. Just a 5 minute walk from world famous 5th ave brings you to world class restaurants and shopping. Bars, dancing and entertainment are endless here as there is something for everyone. It is also an easy walk to the beach through one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city. The condo is in walking distance to everything. Cabs if you need one are plentiful and go by the front door every few minutes.

GOOD WIFI WITH MIN 40 DOWN and 3 UP 100 % private main entrance and 100% private garden only for you. You will love this location because your are 2 to less then 7 minutes walking distance to all you need including the best areas of famous 5th AV is a 2 Min walk, the beach & major supermarket( both a 7 Min walk) as well as a 24/7 convenience store(less then 2 Min walk) and yet in a green area without Bars,Nightclubs etc. Area is considered very safe !

This is a combined listing of 2 houses that are within 25 meters from each other. From the inside they are pretty much identical and have plenty of space for up to 12 guests to stay very comfortably. We could arrange 2 inflatable beds to increase the maximum occupancy to 14. The houses are very well equipped and will leave you wanting for nothing.
