Monthly Rentals in Coxpark

We (my wife and I plus the pooch) had a fantastic two night break at Duncan's place. The accommodation was spotless, exactly as described and in a beautiful location..We were privileged to have witnessed a gorgeous sunset from the fully enclosed garden (with impressive views) on the second night too! Duncan's communication was first rate and he was on standby at all times. Dog friendly in the truest sense of the phrase - perfect 👌

We had a wonderful stay at the old Sunday school house! It has been designed and decorated beautifully, the hosts have thought of everything! We arrived to a very generous welcome hamper which was really thoughtful. We brought our dogs and baby and all had the best time, we would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

The cottage is a lovely little space in the countryside, with chickens on the property and horses and sheep in the fields surrounding. I came during lambing season so sheep also had their lambs! I knew the cottage was not walking distance to any shops so I rented a car and came ready but Ann provided sweet touches like fresh eggs, milk, tea, and local shortbread waiting upon check in. The decor is modern and comfortable, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Katie and Ruby (the family’s gorgeous 14 year old golden retriever) made us feel very welcome when we arrived and the cream tea that Katie provided was yummy. The accommodation had everything we needed and if it had been warmer we would have enjoyed sitting outside on the private patio, overlooking fields. The local area was peaceful and Tavistock was only a few minutes drive away. We had a lovely time staying here and hope that everyone else does too.
