We had a wonderful stay at this lovely barn. The property was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Chloe was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

A perfect little studio with the most amazing view. Secluded and private, but also walkable to the local pub and shop. Great running routes nearby and so close to Maidstone if you need anything more. Highly recommended!

3rd time staying here and will return. It’s a perfect little base camp to relax in after going out for a day full of adventures with a great bath/shower and a very large comfy bed. Pub/Restaurant literally across the road and some very good other places to eat just 5-10mins away. Golf courses 10-15mins away Leeds Castle again 10-15mins away. So lots of walking and adventures to have whilst staying in a very quiet and relaxed countryside area. My dog was so settled upon arrival and was so relaxed and slept amazingly well.

Review for previous Airbnb: We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful place! The house itself was very homey and comfortable, with spacious rooms, comfy beds, and charming decorations that made it feel really welcoming. The kitchen was large and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area and private garden — perfect for meals in the sunshine. The gardens were absolutely gorgeous, with lots of space to sit, relax, and explore. There were even orchards at the bottom of the property, which added such a peaceful, countryside feel. We had a few great BBQs outside and our dog loved all the open space to run around and enjoy. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. The only downside was the Wi-Fi due to the rural location which wasn’t always quite strong enough for watching TV or doing much work online. But aside from that, it was a truly tranquil and relaxing place to stay. Would definitely recommend!
