Beach house vacation rentals in Coxen Hole

We enjoyed our stay here and found Sandy Bay to be the perfect location for us. We rented a car and explored a lot of the island and didn’t spend a ton of time at the home except to cook breakfast and in the evenings. The location of the house is the real highlight. The private dock makes accessing spooky channel easier. We appreciated the communication by the hosts and their local recommendations.

We loved our stay here. It was away from the cruise crowds and we got around just fine with our rental car. We happened to stay during the windy-est week ever, and sweet Hana was always checking in on us when the power winked out a couple of times. It was nothing that she could have prevented, but it was nice to know that someone cared!

About 30-40 min away from the airport and down a steep hill, you will find this beautiful house. It is also located about 10 min walk away from the beach. We rented the golf cart they had available for us, which made it a quick 3-4 min ride to the beach. We used it every day! The host met us at the house and was very friendly throughout the stay. The house is beautifully renovated and very sturdy. We unfortunately got hit by the tropical storm Sara, but you could barely hear the rain from the inside. The host was very flexible with our stay as our flights got cancelled for 2 days. There is a cleaning lady who also could have cooked for us, but we didn't use the cooking service. The beach it self is beautiful and I saw a starfish in the ocean. We did not rent a car, and in hind sight, probably should have. Also, don't forget your mosquito repellent! They are crazy here.

We loved our stay here! It was great to have the space of a condo but be able to use the amenities of the resort. They also offered us housekeeping services which was so great. Also had a full kitchen,fridge. The beach club was a 3 min walk and a great spot to hang out with food and drinks. Easy to get water taxis to west end to and from their private dock. We did lose water/power for a few hours. But they communicated well. But overall such a great spot. We will be back.

Very comfortable and clean house. Just 100 ft. from the ocean and right by some of the best snorkeling. The property manager, Luke, was very helpful.

I recently stayed at Katherine’s Place in Roatan, Honduras, and it was an unforgettable experience. The property was incredibly quiet, private, and peaceful, with direct access to the ocean that made every moment feel like a tropical escape. The tropical fruit trees in the yard added a special touch, creating a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxation. There was no traffic or noise, allowing me to fully unwind and appreciate the beautiful surroundings. Whether enjoying the ocean breeze or simply taking in the natural beauty, every moment was enjoyable and rejuvenating. I highly recommend Katherine’s Place to anyone looking for a serene and memorable stay in Roatan!

Ms. Kate's place was a beautiful spot that offered quiet and privacy. Contrary to other experiences, it was great having Ms. Kate around to ask questions or be of assistance which she did happily. Most of our days were spent sitting on the dock or swimming. Great, secluded spot away from the tourists.

Disclaimer: we actually stayed at the house next door so this is not representative of this exact listing. However, what I can share about it is that the surroundings are extremely beautiful and quiet even if just off the main road. A manager is available in case you might need anything. And most importantly the house was extremely well equipped and I can assume this might be the case for all of the listings from the owners, better equipped than my own place. Overall, great place to stay.

Alvin went over and above to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. David, the property manager, was amazing and always available and accessible if we had questions or needed anything. the neighborhood was very nice and beach a short walk from the property. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with everything you need. we truly enjoyed the pool for relaxing. We certainly will recommend this Alvins place to our friends and family. ; ) and give it a 5 star recommendation.

We love the house so much, in a very peaceful and safe neighborhood, it is so clean, beautiful and spacious, plenty of towels, the only thing is the dryer doesn't work, I texted the host, she sent someone to check it, then no more response after that. We had to hang all the towels and clothes everywhere like a laundry room.

Anoranza was a dream. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing girls getaway/bachelorette party. Great location for snorkeling, kayaking, yoga and lazing around the house. About 10 minutes to Punta Gorda and an hour from the West End, if you want restaurants and nightlife. Pro tip: Plan meals and dinner ahead of time as supermarket is 30 minutes away and nearby restaurants close at about 7-8pm. Chef Dalia’s shrimp pasta was amazing!

Having stayed 5 dif places between Roatan and Belize - this house was our favorite. The cleanest, and no bugs in the house at all! The kayak and paddle boards were great fun , reef is right out front. Able to kayak through mangroves , the deck over the water was our favorite place to hang out - coffee up there in the am, and amazing sunsets at night. Brian the groundskeeper/ maintenance guy was there must days , very kind and helpful, brought us bait for fishing , cocanut bread for eating, and just a real nice helpful guy - would absolutely stay here again . Hosts were super responsive , full of suggestions for outings etc- did I say how clean and bug free the house was??👍👍

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The kitchen is well supplied, including a good outdoor grill, which gave us lots of room to cook together. We enjoyed the pool as it book ended our days out at the beach. We enjoy a good walk which is needed to get to the beach. And going through kimpton hotel shortens the walk and gets you to the beach spot that leads you to great snorkelling. we also enjoyed drinks and snacks at the hotel’s restaurant sea cat while aT the beach. We gathered together in the large living room and the beautiful deck while also enjoying the privacy of our own bedrooms. Thanks for a great vacation

The Dock resort made our first time to Roatan the most memorable trip we've ever taken. It's truly one of a kind!! The staff is absolutely amazing and totally worth the small extra fee. The property itself.....well, I can't even put into words how amazed us and our 6 adult kids were the minute we stepped out of our airport shuttle (which Tony had set up for us). We all agreed this is a "must visit again" place to stay!!! Thank you so much to Tony and "The Dock" staff for helping make this vacation the best we've ever taken as a family🥰

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb with my husband, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The host was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They provided fantastic recommendations for local attractions and dining, which truly enhanced our experience. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was ideal, with stunning views and easy access to local attractions. We loved waking up to the sound of nature and enjoying our morning coffee by the pool. The walk up the hill was requires some leg work, but we loved the exercise! Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The host and his wife were so kind and friendly. If you're looking for a cozy, welcoming place to stay, pick Casa del Eden.

The house is on an island, so that made it unique right away. The island was very clean and the reef was easy to access for scuba diving and snorkeling. Theres only 1 restaurant on the island, but it was in a beautiful location and served delicious food. The house had 2 kayaks which we used daily to explore the area. The boattaxis can get a bit expensive, if you're using them multiple times a day. The location was beautiful, quiet and safe. Theres nothing going on at night, so if you want bars and restaurants, this isn't the place for you. We stayed in West End before Oakridge amd we preferred Oakridge bc of the are being less populated with tourists. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying at the house. The view from the deck never gets old. Francisco was excellent to deal with. He meets you at the house to go over everything there. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful time at Turtle Casa, it was exactly what we were looking for, not separate hotel rooms but an environment where we could be with family and enjoy some private time as well. Our whole family really enjoyed the stay. The house really is beautiful. Very happy with the amazing hospitality provided by Marnie and her crew. Will definitely pass down the information to family and friends.

This beautiful house was just the escape we needed - private, quiet, great neighbors, and a never ending supply of things to do! We had issues with hot water and the vehicle, but Vanessa was extremely responsive and was able to get both issues resolved. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Vanessa!

This was one of the best airBnb experiences we have had. The house was so comfortable and the location can’t be beat. It is right on the nicest beach on the island with amazing shore diving and snorkeling right there. It was also great to have a kitchen and be able to eat at home when we wanted. The restaurants are all geared toward tourists and with NYC prices. There are only so many $18 hamburgers and fries you could eat and we side stepped most of that with a trip to the supermarket on the way to the house. We would love to have stayed longer and would definitely stay again.

Ryan’s place is peaceful, private and clean. It is on a part of the island that is beautiful and less traveled The road down to the water can be a bit of a challenge I would recommend a vehicle suitable like a jeep The kitchen is well equipped and has everything. Buy food and personal supplies before you get there. The property manager Kendra is fluent in English and extremely helpful.

The view at this place is fantastic! We would definitely stay there again just for the view. Hot water would have been nice but I understand it is in progress. It was a bit difficult to locate at first but is a beautiful house. Thanks for sharing it with us!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! Noel, the host, goes out of his way to ensure that our stay is pleasant! We highly recommend this listing! Next time we are at Roatán, this is the first listing I’m going to look for!

Very clean, no odors, no signs of pets or smoking that we noticed. Everything worked. Beautiful spot. If I were to design and build a beach house it would be almost exactly the same as this. You definitely need a car if you stay here. Windy spot, good news is that keeps you cool and no bugs, bad was not that great to kayak when we were there. We didn’t try snorkeling there didn’t feel comfortable there with the boat traffic and wind. Octopus right down the road will take you out for $25 pp. The food in Roatan is amazingly fresh and good, our first meal was at Titas, what a perfect introduction to Routan( and best mojito ).
