Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cowes

We had a great stay at Daniela’s place. It was so well set up for families with plenty of space, and the toys and games were a hit. Daniela was a responsive and helpful host.

Review is for a two bedroom miners' cottage in Korumburra. We lived in town for over twenty years and were back for a wedding. Beautiful old style home with lovely antiques and rugs. Good spotless gas stove. Kitchen generously stocked including a loaf of bread. Lovely well-kept garden. Books, games etc. Very thoughtfully set up and absolutely spotlessy clean. Five minute walk into town for a large IGA supermarket, Chinese restaurant, the middle pub (if they still call it that - the bottom pub burned down about 40 years ago). Access was simple. We had a very pleasant stay, thank you!

A very comfortable and well presented home great facilities and a nice new and comfortable clean and plenty of natural light.

What a lovely cozy home! A perfect stay for families with young kids. There was more than enough bathroom and toilet amenities. Julie provided a lot of things which made it homely. Easy to check in and very accommodating as well. Just remember to BYO towels but other than that a comfortable stay!

The home is so well set up for a weekend away, it has everything you could need. Blair was really responsive and helpful

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Mt Martha. Es ist zwar nur ein kleines Zimmer mit wenig Platz, aber es ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Mit Kühlschrank, Frenchpress und Toaster konnten wir uns selbst problemlos ein Frühstück machen. Für unser Auto und unseren Hund war im Hof genügend Platz. John ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

The whole family had a great time at the Farm. Our 2 young kids loved the animals and play area. Be prepared for some very friendly chickens. Looking forward to another stay in such a beautiful location.

The unit we stayed in was very clean, in a lovely location and was exactly what we were after. The spa was very relaxing and the view amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely little unit with everything you need for a getaway. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities provided including washing machine, iron, hair-dryer etc (important to us as we were on the peninsula to attend a wedding!) A short 3 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to the pier and all the restaurants.

Dot was a brilliant host. Incredibly welcoming and very communicative. She made us feel very at home and gave great recommendations. We’d 100% recommend this BnB for anyone else who’s looking for a nice, peaceful, and private stay in one of Melbourne’s most sought after areas.

My husband and I felt very much at home. Very comfy bed and a delightful welcome package. The homemade biscuits were very welcome after our long journey. Water was good pressure and nice and hot. John was very communicative and quick with his responses. Perfect hosts. We appreciated the quiet surroundings especially after a very big day. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful little hideaway. lack of kitchen facilities is a bit of a drawback, however we were made fully aware of this before we booked and there are are plenty of cafes and restaurants in Sorento - a short drive but a bit too far to walk

We were after a place that was quiet with a bit of luxury and we had both with this beautiful accommodation within walking distance from the water. The property was super clean and had everything we needed including fresh bread, milk, bacon and eggs. Located perfectly away from the hustle of Cowes and more populated areas yet close enough to visit all areas of the Island within minutes. We even had visits from the local possums and wallaby. We did have a bit of trouble connecting to Netflix and it stopping but when we mentioned it Max had already organised for this to be looked at seeing it was meant to of been fixed a couple of weeks earlier. Still loved this place.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Wohngegend. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Als besonderes Extra sei das Willkommenspaket (Kaffee, Milch, O-Saft, Wein, Käse, Cracker. Eier und einiges mehr) erwähnt. Von der Terrasse und aus dem Wohnzimmer hat man einen tollen Blick. Wenn es überhaupt einen Makel gibt, dann das WiFi, das instabil und teilweise sehr langsam ist.

Wonderful stay and within walking distance of the Mornington Main Street with plenty of food options and shopping. Freshly renovated and clean accommodation with all you need! Great outdoor area too!

Ralph & Robyn are the most gracious host's, I stayed in their cabin situated at the bottom of their beautiful cottage garden. It has everything you need for a short stay, they even include provisions for a yummy cooked breakfast & more. All amenities are extremely clean & well thought out. It's the little touches like the chocolates on the bed side tables & a bottle of port waiting for you when you arrive that I really love. This is my 2nd stay at Potters Garden and I will definitely return the next time I make plans to to visit the Hot Springs again, as it's only minutes away which is very convenient. We had a great stay at The Studio! We came down for a short weekend away and found The Studio extremely close to everything we needed & wanted! Great places to eat nearby, beautiful beaches, amazing views! The Studio itself had absolutely beautiful gardens and property surrounding it which we fell in love with! Both Carole and John were accomodating. It was a pleasure to meet them and hear of their story. There were beautiful touches made to The Studio such as complimentary breakfast foods, bubbles and a welcome message! It had a cosy lounge space and comfortable bedding! We wish it was cold enough to use the fireplace this passing weekend as it was such a beautiful touch that not a lot of b&b’s in the area had. The only downside from our stay was that we did find the place a little dusty (allergies) and there were a lot of spider webs inside however we are aware of the nature of being so immersed in nature itself with the surrounding gardens! Cosy, charming & peaceful! :)

Loved it here, will stay again next time I'm heading down to these parts. I had a 2 hour drive from Melbourne airport in a rental car, landed at 11pm. delays pushed my arrival to this Airbnb till 2am. I let Glorija know, she said it was no problem, she met me in person and was super friendly. Wish I could have chatted some more. The place was lovely, easy to park the car, right outside the back door. The town is lovely. I'm picky about showers and beds, and this was definitely top tier.

During the week, Priscilla recommended me a lot of places, so it was great to go there by ferry. I was able to stay comfortable. I spent such a great time in Frankston😊

Sharon’s amazing accomodation was perfect for a weekend holiday and made us feel right at home straight away. It was close to everything and easy to get to. The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having breakfast already there was incredible, we can’t thank Sharon enough and we will definitely be coming back to this accomodation again in the near future

Kerry and Rob are such welcoming host! From what to see and do to where to eat, they both did their very best to make my friends and I feel comfortable. I would say their house is photo shoot ready and insta worthy. Do take note that the hot water pipe in the bath(duh, ikr but still good to shout out) is hidden behind the shower curtains and will be hot to the touch. Kerry and Rob invited me into their cozy living room for a cuppa tea and the most invigorating chat that recharges me from a long day. Luann and I will be back when we come back with more friends to visit…!

We had a Fantastic Stay with Colin and Sandy who made us very welcome in their house over 2 nights away in Easter. The Communication between Colin and I before we arrive was excellent and their local knowledge was great too - in fact before we arrive Colin recommended 2 x Restaurants that actually took pre-bookings both of which were excellent. Bathroom was spotless and the Bed was comfy too - Breakfast was on a "help yourself basis" which we both liked the concept of. Thanks Colin and Sandy - I am sure that we will be back one day.
