Perfect base to explore Phillip Island as a family. Ideally located in Cowes too. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Peter was prompt with communication. Thanks for having us

A very well located and well equipped apartment, with car-parking. Easy access to Cowes and beaches. Plenty of interior space and well equipped kitchen.

We stayed for couple of days and were provided with everything we wanted. We didn’t have to contact Grace, as all the instructions were provided beforehand. The view from bedroom and living room was breathtaking and that’s what you looking for during a staycation. House was very clean and tidy, situated in a great location closer to San Remo town centre. Thanks Grace for this lovely apartment.

Sharon was incredibly responsive and helpful. Her apartment was incredibly clean and well organised. Had a basic kitchen with a small stove top which was fine for two people. Extremely close to all the shops and May street of Cowes. On the beach front. Easy to access with clear check in instructions. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful! Andi was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. Absolutely stunning views from balcony overlooking both farm and ocean. On top of watching cows graze, we saw rabbits, wallabies and many different species of birds. Although the closest beach was a bit rough, just metres down the road are plenty of more swimmable beaches. Accomodation is clean, spotless and spacious. It is well equipped, making it a home away from home. Shops are close and the host is always available and willing to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for a week. The apartment was in immaculate condition, spacious and had all the indemnities needed for a lovely week away. The stunning view from the balcony overlooking the beach was a delight. It is a fantastic location opposite the main beach and a 5-minute stroll to the main shops. Secure and easy parking. I would highly recommend this place.

Lovely little apartment in a great location.

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

This was hands down the *best Airbnb* we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is **beautifully maintained** and **fully equipped** with everything we could possibly need – the kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the living spaces were cozy, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. Our kids absolutely *loved it here* – they haven’t stopped talking about the stay since we left! The space was so family-friendly, safe, and had plenty of room for them to play. It’s rare to find a place that keeps both adults and children this happy. The host was wonderful – responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcomed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a **perfect home away from home**, especially with kids, look no further. We’ll definitely be returning! Darren's place was exactly like the pictures, it was such a great place in a great location, it was clean and he provided loads of towels and bedding and I couldn't recommend Darren's place enough!

The location of the property was perfect. It was well stocked and very comfortable. Communication was prompt and any requests were dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend this property and hope I am lucky enough to stay again. Loved it!

By far one of the nicest Airbnb's we have stayed in years. Pristine locations, 4 master bedrooms, plus great entertainment and last but not least, a view of surpassing beauty. The facilities provided ticked all the boxes. Very flexible check-in time and a very friendly host. Would definitely be back soon. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful week at Ventnor. Jillian's home has the most incredible views and the house was one of the best appointed for all our needs - the welcome basket of snacks and biscuits most appreciated. You will have a great beachfront time away here !

a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It accommodated my family, was clean and safe, and Holly was always very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
