Vacation rentals with breakfast in Victoria

The house was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for our one-week stay! Lovely touches like bread, chocolates, etc. Elizabeth was very responsive and accomodating. Spacious house inside and out. Fireplace and electric blankets helped keep us warm at night. Farm views (and occasionally, smells 😅) were very peaceful.

Amazing place to start, would very much recommend to anyone! The AirBnB is very reasonably sized and perfect for couples. It’s an amazing spot for stargazing and all amenities were provided and stocked The place was very clean and comfortable :)

We enjoyed our stay at Janine’s home and that is what it was homely, to kitchen, bathroom, lounge room and bedroom. It was a great position to adventure to the lake and to the city centre

Di’s place is a really generous space to base yourself for a trip to West Gippsland. Set up for a couple, there is ample space for two people to be together, and also have space to do things apart. The kitchen is very well appointed, and the local supplies for breakfast were really beautiful and generous. Living space is huge, we made a point of trying to sit in every lounge chair to do different activities throughout the stay - not sure if we made it… From Neerim South you can easily get to Warragul and Yarragon for shopping and restaurants, though there are options in town. And it’s super close to some great walking trails. Highly recommended!

Julie is a super great host, she provided us a generous hamper with local produce and breakfast essentials. The house is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The garden is beautiful and quiet. We had really relaxed Easter stay. I would definately recommend Julie's house to anyone who wants to have fun in Warburton area.

This place is fantastic! A unique comfy home. Heaps of room. Super clean. Very comfy beds! I cannot think of a single criticism. it was perfection. Would happily stay again.

We loved our stay at Katri's place. The unit is in a fantastic location close to cafes, the river and walks in the state park. Katri made us feel very welcome, including some very helpful provisions on our arrival. The unit was very comfy and we all loved sitting outside on the patio, enjoying the weather and listening to all the king parrots.

The apartment was extremely comfortable - beautifully furnished and very warm with plenty of heating. It’s a great location in a heritage historical site, thanks so much for hosting us! My daughter says it’s the best airbnb she’s ever visited!

Kingston is a great area and close to most attractions. We brought our bikes and rode everywhere. The bike tracks are amazing, and you can ride to the city and visit some great sites in Canberra. The restaurants in Kingston are abundant and varied. I really loved our visit here and thoroughly recommend it. The apartment was lovely and clean, it looked exactly like the pictures, and it was very comfortable. We kept our bikes in the car parking area with our car, and they were safe so bring your bikes if you are interested in biking throughout the city.

Excellent location, perfect for the trains, trams and local amenities. Beautifully appointed apartment, well equipped, comfy bed, great shower and lovely balcony. Our third visit !. Thank you Anne , we hope to be here again next year !

We throughly enjoyed staying at Catherine’s place. It was extremely clean and comfortable, kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities more than adequate. Homely touches make the house feel very cosy. The yard was great for the dogs. As we visit relatives in Albury regularly we will be sure to return.

Fantastic property, so many interesting pieces, super comfy bed and amazing shower. Good parking and an easy walk up to the main town. Good communication, hosts were no around but look forward to neeting them next time.

Quiet, clean, well resourced and thoughtful touches. Lovely to have breakfast supplied. Yes - can confirm the bed was extremely comfortable (many endorsements in previous reviews) but it was also a great 'sleep in' space as blinds kept room quite nice and dark after sun up. Completely happy to recommend with confidence to anyone planning on a trip to the Daylesford/Hepburn Springs or surrounding area... or as a relaxing get away for a night or two. Love love love.

Lovely little charming rustic cottage. beautiful little spot. worth noting it's a touch out of town but if you love the country - it's proper Aussie location and setting. host was very accommodating and supportive as well

Every detail has been attended to in this stylish cottage. The home baked bread, biscuits and preserves were an unexpected treat. Free use of bikes for those with time. Easy walk to the famous Sir George Hotel. Gorgeous views. Serenity.

Paul and Jo’s place was beautiful, it had such a peaceful, homely feel to it. The decor was gorgeous! The breakfast supplies were ample and lovely and it was so nice to have a toasted Hot Cross Bun for supper both nights. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the home more as we were out all day until late at night. Thanks for telling us about the kangaroos, we saw heaps but we were prepared by Jo and driving slowly :-) The sunrises were lovely (and bright) and the night view was amazing too!

excellent place. peacefully. you feel you don't need the internet. My kids loved the llamas and the night sky. if we are going to snowy mountains region definitely book Dave &. Diane's place for a stop over.

A great place to stay not far from town with spectacular views and peacefulness. Comfortable, very clean. Liked having bacon and fresh farm eggs for breakfast and choice of cereals, bread in freezer, fresh milk coffee and even pancake mix. Lovely outdoor area to sit. Would recommend to anyone for very nice country getaway. Wendy a friendly and warm host. Thank you
